Mary Margaret works for RE/​MAX United as a full time Broker Realtor and partner in Harper Tate Homes. Prior to moving to Cary in 2000, Mary Margaret and her partner, Becky Harper, were Realtors in Long Beach, California and offer more than 30 years experience as real estate professionals.

Having grown up in Cincinnati, Mary Margaret lived in Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles before deciding Wake County was the perfect place to call home. Mary Margaret and her husband, Gary, enjoy boating and spent six months living aboard a sailboat exploring the Intracoastal Waterway and the Bahamas. In addition to traveling and boating, Mary Margaret loves discovering new restaurants, including those off the beaten path, many of which are featured in the new Harper Tate «Our Hometown» blog. She also enjoys walking with their dog, Luci, around the many great greenway paths of Cary and Apex.
