Just awful. I made an appointment for my elderly mother on April 8^th for April 20^th at 9:30. We arrived early to be told our appointment was on April 6^th. The receptionist honestly verified i had made on April 8^th. So i asked, if i made appointment on the 8^th, how could i be scheduled for the 6^th? She admitted it was a mistake and they would fit her in if we would only wait for 3 hours!!! You admit a mistake and then you do me the favor of having us sit for 3 hours… i dont think so. Forget it. If you cant schedule properly im surely not trusting you with my mothers health. Just awful.

They seemed to survive the epic construction project of Red Bug & 436. Their building is right near that nightmare, but now that the construction is done, it’s in a pretty good location considering. My doctor is technically Dr. Burrowes but I’ve never met him, which is a good thing I guess. I am super heathy and blessed with no allergies or any type of condition. I had to get a PCP for my insurance to kick in at work so I found these guys because they take my employer’s plan and the location is solid. I setup a basic physical to establish a file and see the place in person but my doctor was busy doing important things so they had me see Dr. Balasubramanian. That’s right, sound it out. She was really nice and it was an in and out experience for me but I was impressed with their style and professionalism. Even though I don’t need a doctor for anything serious, I can recommend these guys because of what I have seen. If you’re in the market for a new doctor, check our CFP Physicians Group.

Dr. Hudson is great, but the desk staff and many of the nurses are absolutely terrible. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for a 5 minute procedure because they couldn’t find my paperwork and «didn’t know I had made an appointment.» One of the techs couldn’t find the vein on my left arm, though I told her I usually get blood drawn from the right. I was told to wait in the reception area afterward. Once 20 minutes went by I went up to the desk to see what the hold up was, and a different receptionist told me I didn’t need to wait after all, making me late for work. What a waste of time. They’re incredibly disorganized. Go to a doctor’s office where it won’t take an hour and a half JUST to get blood drawn.

We haven’t been patients here, but appreciated their newborn care class (complimentary) and the CPR classes offered.

I have been going to CFP for about 2 ½ years now, and I love it there. Jackie Hudson (Nurse practitioner) and Dr. Selznick are wonderful. I recommend them all the way! To the previous reviews, those «useless» tests saved my life!

The Doctors are generally competent, but the Office Manager is an uncompromising tyrant on a wild power trip. If you do not come in when they say, to accommodate *their* schedule, however often they dicate, they will accuse you of refusing treatment and send you a Certified Letter of Dismissal, throwing you out of their treatment center. No reason to try and change an appointment matters; Jessica, for example, will not hear it.

They bill your insurance company for anything you mention whether or not they actually address it — I found this out when a claim was denied for an acute case and pre-​existing, unrelated things were coded for. Additionally, they told me the practitioner would call on a certain day, then when that didn’t happen, they pushed it to another day — finally, after no calls, they stated that it isn’t their policy to have practitioners call, even with abnormal results! When I rounded with a physician and a patient wanted to speak with the cardiologist about something, he made time in his busy practice to return their calls no matter how trivial it may have seemed. Initially I really liked this practice as the ARNP was eager to listen but then I noticed how they ran tons of tests and had you come in over and over, as if going to the doctor was a career for a young person. One example: I had allergy headaches, had them all my life, and I needed something since at that time Zyrtec was not OTC. They wanted an xray of my chest and sinuses, CBC and IgG blood tests. I refused the chest xray but folded with the sinus though I knew nothing much would be gained — their response to my reluctance was, «You have good insurance, don’t you?». Aside from what that implies, I don’t want additional radiation when it’s not indicated. The sinus xray showed thickening of the mucosa — surprise. And I was put on antibiotics and had to push for diflucan since I don’t eat dairy and I’ve been told I always have to use it as I’ve had thrush multiple times from antibiotics. I didn’t receive anything for allergies so I decided to toss the scripts since i don’t like to use antibiotics for every little thing that comes up and had a friend write for what I needed — and it worked! As an experienced RN I can honestly say this is not a reputable business. This office wants you to come in unnecessarily, run tests up the wazoo, and pay co-​pays to review results — it’s truly disappointing and embarrassing as I referred several co-​workers to them and they ended up saying the same thing.
