Cahill & Co Real Estate, is a Real Estate Brokerage Licensed in the State Of California, DRE# 470 621. Dissatisfied with the policies and integrity of the real estate company I was working for, I made the decision to establish my own real estate company and in 1979 I opened Cahill & Co Real Estate. By mid 1981 my company grew into one of the largest real estate offices in Castro Valley, with a listing and sales volume to date of over 750 transactions.

Active membership and designations in professional organizations include: REALTOR, The National Association Of Realtors, The California Association OF Realtors, Bay East Association of Realtors M.L.S, Rental Housing Owners Association, The California Apartment Association and the Chamber of Commerce.

I am a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, and have been licensed and in the real estate business continuously since 1974. After completing two years active military service in the U.S. Army and being a Viet Nam war veteran, I took advantage of the G.I. bill and returned to college for my required professional certifications and received my Real Estate Broker designation license in1976.

Working directly and personally with each of my clients and making their satisfaction my top priority has always been the primary component of my success. Maintaining an excellent professional reputation in the real estate industry and fostering personal relationships with other real estate professionals is the other essential component of my success in marketing and selling real estate.
