I have been going to Dr. Rothi for over 10 years and I no longer feel welcome after my past few interactions with the receptionist Joan.

Dr. Rothi takes the fear out of going to the dentist. Calm, competent and caring have helped me overcome dreading to go to the dentist.

I debated writing this review for a while but am posting now that I’ve decided to not go to this dental office anymore. For background, I’ve been seeing the Rothi’s for over fifteen years and always had a pleasant experience up until about six months ago. I was never one of those «I hate going to the dentist» people; I’ve been consistently getting my teeth cleaned 2x year for as long as I can remember.
However, I had an unpleasant consultation here that has dissuaded me from returning. During my visit, x-​rays indicated the presence of a lot of cavities. As I had just visited the office within the last six months with no problems, I was a little surprised and had some questions for the dentist (Suzanne Rothi). Her response was more than a little flippant and her «bedside manner» left me in tears after leaving the office.
My follow-​up visits to fix the problem were largely okay, save for some discomfort while getting my cavities filled, one uneven/​rough filling which took two office visits to correct, and lingering pain while chewing on the left side of my mouth. However, I now get the dreaded «dental anxiety» that I’ve never once experienced in twenty-​five years. The two stars are for the fifteen years where I visited this office without issue but I’m now in the market for a new dentist.

This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been a patient of. The Rothi’s were recommended to me through family members and I am so glad I made the switch to these dentists. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dentists themselves are courteous, professional and friendly. Every exam I’ve had here has been thorough and with the highest quality of work and equipment. My teeth are well taken care of here.

I have been searching for a good dentist for years and my search is now over. Dr. Rothi is an amazing dentist and he really cares. His practice operates on a more conservative approach rather than the typical pushy dentist looking to make a buck. I strongly recommend you give his practice a try. BTW, their office staff, hands down very friendly and makes you feel loved. Hard to come by such courteous people now a days. Great Job!!!

Steven and Suzanne Rothi are fantastic dentists. Love their hygienists and office staff. Everyone is very friendly, caring and professional. Their office is new, clean and state of the art. I highly recommend them.
