Organically Maid

I purchased a Groupon for Organically Maid in SF, and contacting them today to redeem it, the phone number is disconnected and the website down. :)

I agree with the latest few reviews. I too bought the groupon in December and have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks now, no one picks up and i can’t even leave a message. Wouldn’t want them cleaning my house.

This review is only for their appointment booking (or lack of). I attempted to contact Organically Maid for over 2 months to redeem a Living Social deal. I left several phone message but never heard back from any one at all. I contacted Living Social and even they could not get a hold of Organically Maid so they ended up giving me a refund in deal bucks. I understand businesses may get overwhelmed with deals they offer but 2 months of no contact at all is just bad business. Makes me question how effective they are with their services.

Extremely disappointed. I purchased the living social groupon and have tried for 2 weeks to reach this company. No response whatsoever after 3 messages left over the last 2 weeks.

Does anyone know if this company is still in business? I’ve called them 3 times over the last 3 weeks and they haven’t returned my call. Their website has no additional contact info. This is not a good sign or good business but I have a Groupon and cannot use it :(

I was not please with the experience of this business. When I called to set up the appt. it took the girl 4 days to get back to me. I wanted to schedule the same day my daughter was getting her house cleaned. I purchased Groupon Cert. (2) one as a gift for my daughter. Nothing was asked about what needed to be done, or what were my expections. They didnt offer any info about what they can do in an hour. My daughter was hoping to get her 2bd 1 ½ bath completely cleaned since she is having a baby in 2 weeks. Not so. So I inquired and let them know that I had a 4bd, 3 bath. They said that they could. When they got here, things changed. So we stuck to getting an extra hour for $ 60 more.
Everything looked clean, until I went around through out the day. Kitchen floor eating area was not even swept. Cooking area looked smudged. Fireplace front not vacuumed. Some appliances were not wiped down. Masterbath window sill not wiped. I asked them Not to go into spare rooms and they did and wasted time there. I have had house cleaners for years. This was a Big waste of my money and time. I went around and cleaned and mopped after they were gone. I would not recommend them and wont pay by the hour ever again. Oh. Also, my daughter and I both had to pay an extra $ 10 for them to come out to Dublin. My fault for paying that my self.

This was not even worth the $ 59 for an hour.
I will say they were pleasant people.

Straightforward pricing and great service! These gals arrived on time, were extremely thorough and very professional. Great job on the floors, baseboards, windows, and kitchen. Our house hasn’t looked this good since we bought it! There’s no contract, but I’ll be having them back soon!
(My husband said this morning, after yesterday’s cleaning, «Did you know our showerhead was silver?» LOL. I’m a little afraid he might divorce me and marry the maids!!!)

I’m very sad to post that I did not have a great experience with Organically Maid.
The first couple times were great and I posted an amazing review for them! However, I had to remove my review due to the recent lack of service. Being a full time employee plus mother of a 4 month old, my weekends are very very important as this is the only time I have with my baby girl and family. Having said that, the last 2 appointments I had with Organically Maid were all bad. My first appt was scheduled for a Sunday am and I found out by text at 10pm the Friday before that they can not make my Sunday appt unless I change the time. I changed it to 9am to accommodate their schedule but I didn’t get a response to my text or phone call until 1 day later. By then, my plans to go out of town was already ruined. I then tried to give them another chance and scheduled an appt for last Saturday at 11am. Unfortunately no one showed at 11 or 11:30 or noon, etc… I was annoyed. I called and called and texted and received no response until almost 2 hours after my missed appt. I understand things comes up, life happens… but having people sitting around for hours and hours is not fair or the right way to treat a customer. Sorry but I will not use their services again.

Very thorough. Took their time. Didn’t seem like they were in a rush which I appreciated. My house smelled fresh and clean. More nose friendly than the normal lysol and bleach products that others use. Good communication. Arrived when they said they would. Would definitely use them again.
