Blueberry scone is delicious! Accompanied to a Mocha or Chai… FLEICUOUS. Ambience is delightful with all the classics playing in the background. Restrooms are super clena as well which is always a plus.

Every time I come here I have to get an iced mocha. I never really watched them make the drink until my most recent visit, and that is when I discovered why the drink is so good. They are using chocolate milk for their iced mocha! Typically, places just use chocolate syrup and regular milk, but using chocolate milk takes it to another level. The owner happened to be making my drink, and he was also very adamant that it was because the brand of chocolate milk he is using, which is Dairy Goddess. Anyways, I will always stop here if I am in the area, and I think you should too!

I was greeted right when I walked in the door way. Had a couple of questions in which they had no problem answering. They were very friendly and informative on the drinks being organic. I ended up ordering the mocha frappuccino for $ 5 and was very satisfied.

I stopped here for an afternoon pick-me-up after working all morning. I was welcomed by probably the friendliest barista I’ve ever met(and I’ve worked in coffee for years). She just had this genuineness to her that’s rare to see these days. Another male barista was working and he was really sweet and full of life as well. I ordered an iced white mocha and was definitely impressed at the quality of their espresso. The beans are roasted to such a sweet and strong perfection, and the white chocolate powder was rich but not overpoweringly sweet. Service was fast but not rushed. You can tell they are proud of what they serve. A lady came in from NY and I watched them greet her with the upmost charm and care. She was so impressed by the shop that she asked me to take a picture of her and the two baristas, which I couldn’t say no to. Because I now work in the Cayucos area, I will definitely be back! Needless to say, I’d be back regardless of how far I’d have to travel. This cute and trendy beachfront coffee shop is without a doubt as good as it gets!

I’m a snob from the bay area who drinks Philz and nspresso only. Long story, but I’ve earned my snobbery after many wasted dollars and a lot of invested time. I’ve never had good coffee outside of my kitchen, French Laundry, and good ‘olé Philz. This place served up a *perfect* cappuccino. Great espresso, just the right amount of milk. The sexy babe making it(no apologies for being a man, and she is sexy), asked if I wanted the regular amount of milk. I appreciate that, because people always order a cap thinking it is a latte, she checked first. She nailed it. Great expresso, great barista. But I’m curious now and the one thing people always, always screw up is drip coffee(except Philz). So I ordered that too. It was roasted perfectly(they roast their beans) and served fresh as well as super hot. You can’t ask for more. It’s wasn’t totally my style though, I prefer a stronger brew. No matter, it was the best cup of coffee I’ve had while traveling. Cool little town too, go down the street and get some amazing cookies. Oh, there’s a breakfast place next door where the people are crazy sweet/lovable and the biscuits and gravy were also amazing.
Friendly, delicious cappuccino and all the charm you would expect from a coffee shop in cayucos. Loved it!

Great to find organic coffee in our favorite little beach town. The coffee is good, but the sign outside said they had French roast, and when we went in they had Italian. The people are friendly and the coffee, tea, and cocoa are good here. Pastry selection looked kinda small.

A written sign said double dark coffee outside the door of Cayucos coffee. I asked if it was available. The girl with the long hair said the signs wrong, in a bitchy tone. she didn’t even bother to go fix it then I explained to her about the drink I was given the previous day which was delicious and made by another employee. She said to me that doesn’t sound like a drink we’ve ever made here She was rude and inexperienced didn’t even try to offer to make me a drink that might be like the one I had the previous day hopefully she’s not the owners daughter but if she is she needs to be taught how to be polite and helpful. The barista on Monday was really helpful and it brought me back the next day.

Stopped for a Chai latte. Very watery and girl behind the counter was a bit surly. My husband said his Americano was good, but he pretty much made it himself with the self serve coffee.

If the locals like it, you know that it is good. Great coffee, great service and Reno’s snow-cones are a treat.

Just what I needed to perk me up after my not so satisfactory hotel room. I ordered a triple iced latte with hazelnut and it was just about perfect. The coffee was strong but very smooth(and organic as a bonus) and the amount of syrup was just right adding just a hint of nutty sweetness(if you prefer your coffee really sweet you will need to specify, but for me it was perfect) I also ordered the pumpkin scone and really enjoyed the texture, it was crisp on the outside and soft with the right amount of density on the inside. The prices were also very reasonable for such high quality coffee, for me and my partner(2 drinks, an add shot and 1 scone) it was just over $ 10. The space is nice with a few indoor tables and a few shaded outdoor spots out front(good for people and puppy watching).

We have been to this coffee shop twice. Unfortunately both times we have not been impressed. I’m no coffee expert, however I know the vanilla latte I ordered should not have been a half full cup of foam. I asked them to remake it, and she did with a sigh and dirty look. As I said Thank you she began to explain to me how to order a latte cause I ordered it wrong… I’m sorry but I didn’t pay for a cup of foam. I explained to her that I order lattes a lot, and have never had this problem, with that much foam. Once it was remade it was ok… However the service is less than desirable. Save your time and money head down the street, to Top Dog Coffee. Great service, great coffee!

One of my favorite coffee shops. Friendly, good service, and great coffee. People tell me the ownership changed about a year or so ago. Still chain and delightful to visit. Very popular with bicyclists on tour. Baked goods are fresh and local.
