Jiffy Lube

I will never go back to this Jiffy Lube again. I have been using them for the past year and have never had a good experience. I have watch them take advantage of a woman, by telling her she need many different things done to her vehicle and then it took them over an hour to change my oil. At this same visit when I ask them to rotate my tires, they said they did not have enough time, because of this other vehicle they need to make a lot of repairs on. Another time when they did rotate my tires it took over an hour for the service to be completed. during the hour 4 other oil changes were completed before my tires were rotated and only after I complained did they start working on my vehicle again. Most recently, I just wanted an oil change and I knew there was a headlight out, so I ask them to change it. Again it took over an hour to change the oil and a light bulb. There is nothing quick about this dingy facility. Also, watch out for add-​ons, they really like to ask you if you would like them to do something, but they do not tell you that it will cost extra until it is time to pay the bill. I will never go back to this place.

Went for standard simple oil change. They were not pushy about air filters or wiper blades. Simply changed my oil pretty quickly and did the normal checks. I had a coupon which brought the price to about what I could it for myself. The staff was young, but energetic and courteous. Waiting area was clean and warm. Had coffee (didn’t try it) and a variety of magazines.
