My first time going to B&B wasn’t terrible. The staff was pretty quick to help me and everyone seemed nice. They didn’t have the right size shorts that I was looking for so I decided to order them. They told me orders take about a week to get in. Well, long story short, it’s been almost three weeks and I still don’t have my shorts. I think they only have one person who does orders and mine got put to the side. I hope this isn’t normal for them.

My first time visiting B&B wasn’t a good experience. Customer service was awful especially in the bicycle parts department. The guy that works back there doesn’t seem interested in helping customers. I will not do business with them anymore.

In my quest for the perfect BMX bike this store deserved a visit.
Luckily I had time to couple the trip with a visit to cedar hill state park, which I recommend.
Bike selection was varied, good and with a decent price range.

Worst bike shop I’ve ever been to in the entire DFW metroplex. Zero stars. Manager (female) is always pushing staff to hard sell items. Quotes you a price for something and then last minute when you are paying for it, she drastically increases the price and then tacks on astronomical labor charges. (of course she never mentions the labor charge up front)
The other review posted is obviously from an employee. Who else would post a link to their site???
They provide decent service, just get ready to get nickel and dimed for everything they do for you. Oh and be sure to look at their prices on their website first. Even if you buy it on the website before you get there, she will charge you more in the store. (they don’t bill you for online purchases until you get in the store)

Awesome bike selection. Honest, friendly service.
Of all the bike shops in the metroplex this is by far the most efficient and professional that I’ve found. The employees actually ride and actually KNOW their products. After moving to the DFW area from Wisconsin, the crew at B&B were extremely helpful with riding/​trail info and they had everything I was looking for in stock.
