Excellent customer service. The night manager Jon and Tech A. J couldn’t have been more helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly and excellent at what they do. I would give ten stars if I could.

So thankful for the help that I received today! As I pulled in to the parking lot, Mike was outside assisting another customer. Extremely hot day, but he greeted me with a smile, and asked what he could do for me. Unfortunately, I needed him to do a battery check for me(no escape from the hot sun for him). I live relatively close, so he offered to charge my battery for me. Within an hour or so, he called me back and explained that my battery was not taking the charge. He stayed on top of it, he changed my battery for me, and I was able to get out within minutes. Mike was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and I left the store having learned a thing or two about the battery that I purchased, and other options for the future. Thanks Mike, you truly saved the day!!! ;)
