Gary Hill is an amazing realtor and person. He does amazing work and ensures that everything in this complex process goes smoothly. Our paper work had no huge issues and negotiations went well, especially considering the seller we were dealing with.
I can’t recommend Gary enough if you’re looking to buy a house.

If you’re looking for a realtor to buy or sell in the Austin area, Gary is your guy! Gary is very knowledgeable! He will put in the extra time and effort to find you the perfect house!!! Gary knows how to get you the best deal and will work with you from start to finish, always putting you first. Gary is very detail oriented and knows all about Austin and the different neighborhoods. I highly recommend Gary to all of my friends, family, and coworkers!!!

I was commuting to Austin from California and decided one week to look at property in the Austin area. I had heard that Austin was a good town to purchase property because of it’s Technology & Education focus. I searched for realtors on line and just lucked out with finding Gary Hill. He drove me around, educating me on the neighborhoods within Austin, and I found a short sale that looked enticing. I went back to California and he followed up on the short sale, worked with the banks and an offer was made very quickly. Once we owned the home, he helped us coordinated all the resources (handymen, plumbers, roofers, etc) to get the property ready to rent. He was incredible, reliable, great at his communication and is very hardworking. Thanks to his efforts, we came back a few months later and bought another home across the street from the first home we purchased. He repeated his same dedication to this property.
Gary was a real pleasure to work with. He has a great sense of humor, is extremely educated in technology, and knows the surrounding Austin area very well. He was a pleasure to work with. We have since referred friends to him that have moved to the Austin area. I don’t usually write referrals, probably due to laziness. But Gary is more than worthy of an excellent referral.

We met Gary at a model of a house we were interested in. He happened to be there with another client waiting on them to review the model. We mentioned that we were just looking at this but needed to sell our other house before committing. He mentioned that he was a Austin Realtor and was interested in helping. He quickly photographed and listed our house and it sold on the first day for what we wanted for the place. He then helped negotiate with some things with the new builder. He was at every meeting in the process including the 7:00am walk-​through on the closing date of the new house. He was 100% available via text and voice. He took time to follow up while build was going on and sent information to me while I was out of town. I have friends that are realtors and I’m sure they would have wanted me to work with them but Gary was so pro-​active that I didn’t want to change. House sold was in Mayfield Ranch, new house in Rancho Sienna.

I highly recommend Gary as your next real estate agent whether you’re looking to buy or looking to sell. He’s such a wonderful person to work with, and is truly invested in making the best decision for you.
Gary was with us every single step of the way. He made sure we didn’t have to worry about the tiny stressful logistics, but also made sure to keep us in the loop when things changed. As first home buyers, this meant a lot to my husband and me because we didn’t have a clue about the process. Gary made us feel safe, informed, and protected.
At one point in our search, we became very discouraged and were ready to settle on a house that kind of met our «must haves.» Gary absolutely would not let us settle on this house and insisted that we keep looking. He worked tirelessly to make sure we found our perfect home. I know when we look for our next home, Gary is going to be the realtor we go to because he is 100% trustworthy.
Also — Gary is just plain FUN! My husband and I had such a great time looking at homes with him. Now, two years later, he’s one of our closest and most valued friends. He cares a lot about his clients and will make sure you’re well taken care of throughout the entire process.

I don’t mean to come across as selling Gary too hard, but my wife and I felt like Gary was as good of a realtor as humanly possible. Words can’t describe what an incredible experience we had buying our first home in Round Rock, all thanks to Gary. In brief, he was:

I searched high and low for a good realtor, and was shocked at how much I struggled to get a call returned even though I had a mortgage pre-​approval in-​hand. These weren’t cut-​rate realtors, either — they were some of the highest rated real estate agents in Austin!
We finally found Gary, and from the very first time we sat down together, we knew we were in incredibly capable hands.
One of our biggest concerns was my wife’s daily commute to downtown Austin. Gary had printed out every house we were going to see that day (if I recall correctly, it was 14 in total) and, at the top of every page, he had written the distance to my wife’s work along with the estimated travel time from that address (I still have these records and will try to attach a picture).
Gary had gone through each of these addresses, punched them into Google Maps one-​by-​one, and written that information at the top of the listing he printed out.
What says meticulous, thoughtful, and professional more than that?
I could ramble about what an incredible house buying experience Gary provided for us, citing example after example as to why I think he’s the best realtor in Austin. But I’d rather not make this review so long that it’s unreadable.
We met Gary when looking to buy our house and now, almost two years later, we consider him one of our closest friends and he continues to brighten our lives every time we see him. He’s an amazing person, an outstanding realtor, and there’s no doubt in my mind that we’ll trust in him any time we need to buy or sell a home in or around Austin. Give him a shot — I have no doubt that he’ll impress you from your very first interaction.

I would highly recommend Gary to anyone seeking a realtor. He is an expert negotiator and he truly listens to his client’s specific needs.
