Inflatable Wonderland

Every time we go to Lakeline Mall, we make sure to bring the kids by here (or my husband brings the kids in while I shop… Lol) First of all, I love thst this is a Christian place. There are Bible quotes and sweet painting on the walls, I love it! It’s not a massive place, and it’s secure (wrist bands and closed kid proof doors), so you wont lose your kids! The price is even fair if you stay at least an hour! I was very impressed to see they replaced their inflatables with new ones! The older ones last time I was there were getting worn out and barely kept their air. I miss their old «toddler zone» though, but it sort of makes up for itself with the Tweety Bird and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse inflatables that were friendly to my 2 year old! The lighting could be a little better, my 3 year old said some of them were too dark. My biggest critique is adults CAN’T GO IN WITH THEIR KIDS! I had the hardest time getting my kids to go in because they were afraid at first, and I couldn’t show them it was okay, or help them up the ladders to the slides and slide down with them. :(I feel like maybe there should’ve been more than 2 employees but that’s just my opinion. There really is a lot of unused space, and could use a little more seating (especially in the middle area where parents could see everything). The refreshment prices are very fair! And the restrooms clean! I noticed the old TVs and sound system, though I’ve never seen the TVs used, I bet a new sound system would help override the sound of the air pumps. Wasn’t a fan of my kids being so distracted by the crane machines and other coin games. But all in all my kids had a blast, it’s a friendly place and clean and we always enjoy it and come back! We will definitely have a birthday party here sometime!

Never been too thrilled of the whole kid jump thing, why would I want my kid to jump, jump, jump, for hours. The smiles stop and look, put the phone down and look from ear to ear they smile. Pirate ships, princess castles, carousels, it’s a wonderland for children to be and do what they do, PLAY. Great young staff very well kept and safe.

My boys always enjoy this place. They play, I sit and mom shops. Everyone is happy. Great place for a birthday party as well.

Ever go to a mall with your wife or girlfriend and she needs to take a break from her kids or wants to go shop in peace? This is the place you take them to. In my opinion it’s a much better value than the chaos you’d find at Chuck E. Cheese and you get to watch the kids go ape in the inflatable bounce houses!
I had a real blast here watching my friend’s 4yr old daughter spaz out over the whole place, and I got tired just watching her have so much fun. We didn’t get the chance to order any food or drinks but they do offer them there. Pizza too I think and they host birthday parties as well.
Kids older than 6 would probably get bored really fast, but younger ones would like it. I was glad I got the chance to watch after her daughter and chase her all over the place like kids! I had fun and so did she.
Great place to take a break for a small price and let your kids wear themselves out before the drive home.

This place is great for the kids and price is very reasonable. You can be there all day or till the little ones get tired. Will definitely be back!!!

Generally good place to take kids to while spouse shops. However today only one person checking people in and out. She made me wait 10 mins while taking a birthday order on the phone. All the while the line just got longer and everyone had to wait for her to finish. There was another person stocking inventory looking at us with no desire to help. Terrible customer service. People in front of u should always be priority. Tell the person on the phone to hold or call back later. I’m also disturbed the back person just stared and didn’t help. She finally decided to come over when first person got off phone. Workers here don’t care.

4 stars for the place. One star for the parents. My 3 year old has a great time here and because this place is very understaffed there’s a lot behaviors that go unnoticed particularly by older kids, however the staff is responsive if it gets pointed out. My biggest complaint is the parents. What part of «all children must wear socks» are you not understanding. Idiots.

Inflatable Wonderland is by far the best bounce house fun around. Clean, close and tons of fun! We’ve been coming here since moving to the area 4 years ago and other bounce houses have come and go but this one has always been our family’s favorite

We had my son’s 5^th birthday party here. It was great! We reserved the party room, which is really nice. The kids had a great time. The best part for me was that they took care of most of the party for me, so it wasn’t too stressful or a lot of work for me — they provided balloons, bottled water, pizza, cookie cake, and ice cream (you have to pay for this of course), and they provided plates and cups. The price was reasonable. I really like that the kids can run around in a contained area. I saw a review complaining about kids running around too much, but try controlling a bunch of really excited 5 year olds — it’s tough! I definitely recommend this place for a birthday party.

Fun place for the kids, but NO staff working to make sure ANY of the rules are enforced… Which equals a lot of big kids running around in little kid areas. And if their parent doesn’t say anything, or isn’t around, you have to babysit a strangers’ child. I won’t come back.

Oh Inflatable Wonderland, you are fun and wore my kid out, so thank you! In case you haven’t heard of this place, it is in the Lakeline Mall and is a fun, indoor place to take your kids. It is a big space with 9 different jumpy houses inside. It’s a nice place to go when it is just too hot outside to play. Here’s the scoop:
1. There are 9 different jumpy houses. Some are just plain jumpers, some have slides, and some have other activities inside them to play with. It’s nice to have a bit of variety.
2. They have 2 jumpers that are age restricted for the little kids. I saw one for under 3 and one for under 5. This is nice for the little ones to play and be safe from the wilder big kids, that is when there are adults actually watching their wild, old kids.
3. There is a small snack bar to grab a drink or a quick bite to eat while your munchkins play.
4. There are plenty of places to sit in the café and around the play floor. This Momma is usually tried and likes to sit while my mini me plays.
5. Free wifi!
6. They have a frequent guest card. If you go 4 times, your 5^th entry is free!
There are some areas that can be improved though. I have just relocated from Las Vegas where there are indoor play places everywhere. I guess I am spoiled from the ones in Vegas and can’t help but compare those to IW. Here is what I think is lacking:
1. The seating areas. The café area is nice and full of tables that are a bit comfortable. The rest of of the area has random park benches and picnic tables scattered around that are most definitely NOT comfortable. All of the play places in Vegas have couches and comfy chairs scattered around. This makes the parents experience much nicer. Make momma happy and you will get much more repeat business.
2. There seems to be a lot of unused space. It would be nice to have a few more Playskool or Little Tykes types of play things in the open areas. The kids seem to like going in the big things as much as the little things. The more stuff you have for the kids to play on/​with, the longer we would stay and visit more often.
3. Not letting the parents go in is a mistake. Sometimes it is fun to go in and play with your kid, or help them climb up something, or just spending time together. This is the first play place I have been to where the adults can’t go on the big attractions to play with their kids. I understand there is probably a weight limit, which you could post to prohibit any one over the safety weight limit.
Overall, I do like Inflatable Wonderland and will probably visit from time to time, but it probably wouldn’t be a weekly place I visit at t his time.

I think this place is pretty good. It is setup well, has enough options for kids of all ages to entertain for a couple hour, and everyone was very nice.
We enjoyed our time there and had no worries about the kids. It looks like a great place for a kids birthday party.

Many well inflated, cared for jumpy jumps! I liked that they had more than just one inflatable with a slide. They actually had quite a few climbers and slides, now that I think about it.
Little kids are definitely welcomed here! There is a very nice area for small kids to play, crawl, or just stay out of the harms way of the bigger kids. They have one huge inflatable for 3 and under, and one for 5 and under— and I actively saw staff enforcing kids that looked too big, to stay off. I was impressed.
LOTS of sitting area for the adults.
So for $ 10 all you can play on the weekend, it was great! Only thing that would make this even better is if they offered drop off care while parents SHOPPED. lol

We went at the WRONG time… Saturday afternoon. I know, I know, this ain’t my first rodeo but we wanted to get out of the house. If you are the type of parent that actually stays and monitors your child’s behavior and safety, this may not be a good place for you to visit. It was incredibly difficult to prevent my child from being pushed, knocked over, or ran into.
Cons
Never, never go on the weekend when it’s busy. My child was practically pushed off the ladders so that others could get up to the slides.
There was no order, waiting turns or any type of control measures in place with the exception of one slide area.
Expensive. It costs double compared to Kidz N Play. We paid $ 10 for one child.
Parents can’t go on the inflatables with their children… Unlike KNP.
There were older children in the younger areas (signs specifically said, «3 and Under») and were playing more aggressively while toddlers were around.
The steps on the toddler slide were ripped making it difficult to use for my toddler.
Pros
My kiddo had a lot of fun
It seemed clean and well maintained
We will NEVER come here again at a busy time. We may just stick with Kidz N Play.

You will never catch me here during peak hours when there are a lot of kids. No way I’d bring my sweet mannered 3 year old to get shoved around by older kids on a Saturday or during the summer. However, having timed my trips here perfectly after early play dates are over and before kids get out of school, my son has had so much fun here. There are bully kids no matter where you go and no matter what time it is but with just a few other kids around it’s easy to manage. Staff is friendly and the place has been pretty clean the times I have gone. Plenty to do for my 3 year old. Plenty of chairs and tables for the parents. They sell food and drinks and have a nice accessible hand washing area. Awesome place during non busy hours and admission is cheaper during this time as well.

This place is awesome for the kids. It has everything food, fun, and slurpees. They even offer a military discount when I asked them. They were more than happy to give it too. You just have to show them your military or veteran ID. If you have a Texas drivers license you can also put your veteran status as well. Relax day spa is right across if you have your significant other with you. Overall the prices are reasonable.

My son loves this place and so do I.
We prefer this facility over jumpstreet.
Jumpstreet is to big with to many older pre teen kids for my comfort.
IW isn’t to large of a facility where my 4yr old can get lost.
He’s very comfortable and knows his way around the jump houses.
IW is always well kept and staffers are very friendly.
The earlier you go the better the Hot summer days and this place tends gets crowded.

This was my third visit to IW, but this one was big… my son’s 4^th birthday party! 24 children and their accompanying parents, who are all proficient on the «preschool party circuit». However, given how many times we have dragged ourselves and our obligatory fire engine/​Barbie to a bouncy house, this was the first time I’d been to IW for a party and I was throwing it!
It. Was. Magnificent.
My Party Concierge, Jordan, was bubbly, helpful, great with kids, great w/​balloons and knowledeable about exactly how the event would go. I showed up to an adorable enclosed room already partially decorated w/​balloons and table cloths. Then I sat and stared at Jordan while she blew balloons, put out plates and arranged my «tab» for drinks at the snack bar. At the end, I was presented with a bill and we were out of there.
IW has great safety in place to ensure your kid doesn’t steal your wallet and run to Abercrombie instead of jumping and the kids had a BLAST. They have a speaker system for gathering everyone when it’s pizza/​cake time (and they order the pizza) and they even lead the kids in a little song/​dance if you want (which we didn’t, but it’s a nice touch). EVERYTHING was taken care of from the moment I picked up the phone to reserve a spot with the manager to the minute we left (without cleaning anything).
Suggestions & tips:
1. You can’t bring in any food, so if your Aunt Rosa makes a «fabulous party dip», you’ll have to skip it.
2. If possible, reserve that actual party room. It’s an enclosed space and makes for less distractions when the kiddos are eating/​singing/​etc.
3. Remind your guests day before party to bring socks. (or bring some extras so they don’t have to buy them there).

MANAGER IS A JERK
We have been patronizing this place for nine years with our various kids. We always have fun and have never had a bad experience. NINE YEARS of paying to play here. Keep that in mind as I tell this story, since we went from peacefully drinking coffee to walking down the mall, kicked out, in less than 60 seconds.
So we’re sitting there today having a coffee and chatting and my husband sees a man yelling at our 9 year old, waving his arms agitatedly. My husband yells, «hey, if you’ve got something to say, say it to me.» The man comes over and says it’s none of your buisness, he’s running and he needs to stop. My husband says what do you mean it’s none of my business, that’s my kid and stands up. The man says you need to sit back down and puts his hands on my husband’s chest. I’m thinking, here we go, this must be the dad of another kid and I’m about to see a fight. I have no clue what’s happening or who this guy is. The guy starts right away yelling you need to leave. I was trying to talk to my son to find out what’s happening and he starts yelling at me, ma’am you need to get your kids and leave NOW. I ignore him since I still have no idea who he is. Meanwhile my husband is saying yeah we’ll leave and we’ll never come back. The guy says good! don’t ever come back! At this point I was figuring the guy must work there? Manager? He never said, so I wasn’t sure. And we’re being kicked out for running? Everyone there runs.
As we’re trying to leave the guy keeps mouthing off, trying to make my husband more and more mad. Walking 6 inches behind him running his mouth the whole time. I finally stepped between them and said «you need to stop talking now. leave him alone.» It was like he was trying to escalate the situation and get my husband to punch him. He kept running his mouth anyway and stopped for a minute to take off some other kid’s wrist band, which is when I finally figured out that he worked there.
This whole thing took less than 60 seconds. What kind of a manager tries to escalate a situation and make it worse??? He never even identified himself or tried to politely say what was wrong, just jumped right to get out and don’t come back. If you do go here watch out for this guy — thin and African-​American. Apparently he works there. I guess. Maybe.

The kids love this place.
I’ve only been for Birthdays, but I think it’s great. I know their prices are fair. They take care of the place and equipment.
The staff is super friendly, for being a joint overrun by screaming 3 – 10 year olds.
Definitely get your money’s worth. The kids WILL sleep great after :)
