Broke down around 6.30, Rick came within 35 min. Very helpful, nice and friendly !

Locked the keys in the car tonight. After being burned by the pop a lock guys I give absolute towing a call. Rick was out to me In 25 minutes. If I ever need the services of a tow or locked keys in the car I will call Absolute Towing.

I would give zero if I could. Called last night and spoke with Rick, I believe, and arranged to have him come tow my car to an emissions testing place at 7am. He told me no problem and he would call me a 6:45am to tell me he was in his way. Great. Wrong.
6:45 rolls around, no call. 7:00 rolls around, no call, no truck. 7:15, still no call, still no truck. I called and left a message for all the good that would do. It’s now 8 and I still haven’t heard anything and I’ve called another company.
UPDATE: I finally received a call from Rick, almost two hours after he said he would be at my residence. He told me he flat out forgot.

Let’s start by saying that my initial experience was good. I got stuck with aloose serpentine belt and someone directed me to Absolute saying they did roadside assistance. Wrong… but Rick took some extra time to find a mechanic for me anyway. Stellar help. And told me to call back if I did end up needing a tow.
Four hours later, my car had been broken down and I’d been calling EVERY ²⁴⁄₇ TOW COMPANY IN THE METRO AREA. I called these guys first, about a dozen times. 12 hours later and I’m seeing that they still haven’t responded to my voicemail. Not impressed. A ²⁴⁄₇ towing company has a ringing phone obviously. I don’t understand why it can’t be answered, especially when you know someone is there.

My Harley broke down less than two miles from my house so I needed a tow. Called several other places who were less than helpful since they didn’t two motorcycles or I was too far away (highlands Ranch). Rick from Absolute was a pro. He came and towed my bike home in less than 30 minutes and took time to make sure the bike didn’t fall over in the process.

Rick arrived when he said he would and was very helpful. He even helped me get my car into a very tight space once it was towed back to my condo. Great service and would definitely recommend.

I broke down on Labor day weekend and every service I called was over and hour wait, but Absolute said 40 min. and showed up in 20. The guy gave me a $ 95 flat fee, then when we arrived at the shop, he took $ 10 off just because he didn’t think the job took very long.
Honest and quick.

I had a flat tire Sunday, August 17^th. I called the company several time and it only went to voicemail.
It is a shame these towing companies pick and choose which days they work.

When I called it went to voicemail. I left a message, and in a minute flat I received a call back. I spoke with Rick and set up the tow. He was friendly and courteous on the phone. He said he could be at the location in 25 minutes. He was there in 20, where he expertly plucked my disabled truck out of a very tight space in a parking lot. Upon reaching the drop off point, I realized the close quarters we had to put it into. Quickly and confidently off his truck my vehicle came perfectly into a space. Thank you so much for helping out of a tight spot Rick! Literally. I would definitely recommend if you need towing in Denver. Reasonable prices as well.

I needed a tow from my work to the shop. Rick said he was able to come get my car in 20 minutes, and he was right on time. He quoted me $ 90 once we arrived at the shop. $ 90 is exactly what I paid — no hidden costs. Once he provided me with a receipt, he reminded me to submit it to my insurance company for reimbursement. I would recommend him to anyone.

Left a voice mail Saturday afternoon at 1pm saying I wanted a tow for 3 pm. Never heard anything back. That’s called an ABSOLUTE FAIL. Answer your damn phones and if you can’t do that at least respond to your damn voice mail system!

My daughter blew a tire just off I-​25 at Dry Creek Road. We found Absolute Towing by pure luck (and Google). Rick came within 15 minutes, and tried to put the spare tire on the car. When he got under the car, Rick could see that it needed to be towed to the tire store because a controller bar was bent. Since he was in his pickup, he took our car key and sent us on our way, while he went back and got his tow truck, then took the car to the tire store. Upon arrival at the tire store, he was told they do no repairs, so he then towed the car to an automobile repair shop for us. Rick quoted us $ 75 for the initial trip to the tire store. He stayed at that price, despite all of the extra time, effort and miles he put in on our behalf. He truly is one of the good guys, and I hope his business flourishes. Rick, we cannot thank you enough for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us today.

Needed my car towed to dealership this morning and Rick was very helpful and friendly gave me a time he would be there and was right on time! He also gave me a flat rate and that was exactly what i paid! no extra hidden costs! He towed my car safely to the dealership and was talkative and friendly on the way there while also asking me what I thought was wrong with my car! I would recommend absolute over and over again!

My vehicle decided to take a crap on me. I limped into a King Soopers parking lot, and made the decision that towing it to my local service station was smarter than tempting fate on I-​25. Google maps put this company at basically where I was. I gave them a ring.

$ 95 dollars. Flat.
Next call was to a nearby company to verify price (I have not towed a vehicle before). $ 95 for the tow plus $ 5 bucks a mile. I told them no thanks, and then some guy called back an actually cursed at me. Weird. Review of that company to follow…
Rick showed up quickly, was a total professional.
Rick, I hope this review brings you more business. This is how a business should treat it’s customers. Five stars. Seriously. Absolute (ly awesome) towing.
