Recently ordered Weathertech mats for our new vehicle. When we came in to pay for them, the staff was rude when I asked for them to install the mats. A week later, the cargo mat still hadn’t ‘relaxed ’ as we were told. When I attempted to return the cargo mat I was told they wouldn’t refund my money because they threw away the box and again were very rude. It’s a very popular car so I know there would be no problem for them to resell. So now I am stuck with a product that doesn’t fit. I will never return. Look for a dealer that believes in customer service.

Ordered chrome for side panels and had window tint installed. They called when chrome panels came in and installed them, it looks great. Also tinted my side and back window on my SUV. The back window was not an easy task as I have the defroster lines and attachments to hold the window up when opened. They did a great job.

Great work and stand behind it. Oops was suppose to be posted two years ago. But still feel the same way today.

A family run business it is good to support local businesses and Jazz It Up especially excels in truck modifications. When I buy a truck I’ll go to them for any modifications I do.

This is a family run business. I brought my tundra in to have the suspension upgraded. Ryan and David were both very knowledgable about the best parts need for my situation. I needed New shocks and struts and I needed to boost the rear leaf springs up for heavier load capacity. The price of labor was nearly half the cost of others.

This is a father and son run shop. They’ve got some great trucks parked outside that they have built if you want to see some of what they do. We’ve used them several times through work, and they have always come through for us.

Its an odd situation on why I am giving the place 2 stars. I made an appointment to get my windows tinted. The appointment was for 9:00am and the guy states it should take 3 hours to complete. So I am thinking that 12 – 1230 should be a good time for me to swing by and pick up my car. I have a friend who picks me up and drives me over around 12:15 and my car is not sitting in the parking lot. The guy states it will be another 45 minutes for my car to be completed, they have been busy. Well, since they have my car, I cant really walk in and just take it and expect the windows to be done, so I say ok and wait. Lucky there are some random places I can walk in that area. I finally stroll back to the store at 1:00 pm and the guy states my car is still not done. I sit around the store for about 40 more minutes waiting for my car to be completed. So I am giving the place 1 star for customer service. I had a friend drive me around for the day and then not having the car completed in a reasonable amount of time, almost double what they quoted. And if they got busy and pulled the guy working on my car to work on someone else’s car, pbbt that F*#@ sucks.
I would give 5 stars to Ryan for doing an excellent job for tinting my windows.
