Established in 1998.

Plumbline Services is a locally owned and operated company. It was founded in 1998 out of President, Jeff Belk’s, basement in Castle Rock, CO. Since that time Plumbline Services has grown to be one of Denver’s premier Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Drain Cleaning companies and is now located in Centennial. We strive for perfection at all levels of our business because it’s the right thing to do. After experiencing a catastrophic lightning strike in August 2015, I can say that Plumbline Services completed our job in a thorough and outstanding manner. They replaced two heaters, two air conditioning units, the electrical panel, gfi plugs and the fire alarms/​co2 alarms.
I was impressed that they corrected issues with balanced heating in our master bedroom. There was some damage to our drywall in the cieling that was repaired professionally.
I highly recommend Plumbline to anyone that asks my opionion.

We used Plumbline to replace completely our heating and air conditioning systems. They aren’t cheap, but they are very professional and we had a large team show up to complete the job on schedule. We even sealed the innards of our 30 year old air distribution system, and that made a HUGE difference in air flow; they helped balance the heat and cooling throughout all 3 stories of the home, we got right with the building inspectors, and this was a great team to work with. I will continue to go to Plumbline for not just my HVAC needs, but they are now my go-​to folks for electrical and hot water heating when those times come. My feeling is this is the team that plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical experts hope to work for. Professional. Fast. Courteous. Thorough.

I was won over after a couple of experiences. I had called for my furnace tune-​up, but that was bumped because they had too many emergency situations with the cold and people without heat. I still need to reschedule that, but in the meantime I had a plumbing situation that needed immediate attention.
On the Plumbing issues… Marc came out and was great. Friendly, courteous, and willing to work with me a bit, I signed up for their one year package for about $ 100 that gave me some discounts and other benefits. The next step that he recommended was more expensive than I was ready for (and I had a feeling wasn’t necessary), so what I did was call the dispatcher at Plumbline and ask for a second opinion. They said that was a-​okay, especially since I had signed up for their preferred customer package.
The second opinion was done by Paul, he was professional and even though we didn’t know for sure if he would be able to fix the issue without the more expensive option, he actually did and it saved me hundreds! I forgot to use a coupon I had and they were nice enough to let me use it the next day. The people in accounting were extremely nice as well.
I wanted to go out of my way to give them a positive review and I’ll use them again.

Utilized the $ 99 drain clean deal to address the standing water in my kitchen sink. Chauncy did a great job — he kept the work area clean, answered my questions, and persevered when it took three attempts to get all the built-​up gunk out of the line. I so appreciate having my kitchen back and would call these guys again for drain services. No hard sells for additional products, just good recommendations for preventative measures with an option to purchase one of their products. Thanks!

Had a gas leak (fireplace) David came and provided the best and most professional service, it was unbelievable! They seem alittle expensive but they provide great service and go above and beyond expectations. We have used Plumbline before and always have been happy with their work. They show up on time or earlier and give a price before work begins! I highly recommend the company! Their work and people are fantastic.

I had a great experience with this company. Had a backed up kitchen drain and was able to get someone here within a few hours. Amone showed up and was very professional, helpful and courteous. Had everything cleaned out in a short amount of time and cleaned up afterwards. Someone from their company even called me later to make sure everything went ok. You don’t get that kind of customer service these days so I appreciated that. We have an ongoing problem with this drain in our home and have to have it cleaned on a yearly basis. I’ve used many drain cleaning companies over the years but in future will call Plumbline instead of the others.

The plumber who came to do our estimate gets the only amount of stars involved in this review. He was very nice, helpful, prompt and courteous. Thanks, Lee. He would probably get 5 stars for his manner. However, the quote I received for a leak outside was $ 3,650. Now I am not a plumber which is why I called someone, but that seems a bit outrageous. I inquired with some other companies and had someone out today. This company fixed it for $ 240… That’s more than 15 times less than I was quoted by Plumbline… Seriously??? Also, I probably could have done it myself, so I’ll likely do that in the future. Save yourself some money and use a different company! Maybe they don’t do this to everyone, but it deterred me from this company in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Plumbline and our Technician when I called to have our A/​C unit repaired. Long story short here, I had another major repair company out two different times to look at our A/​C unit. This company said nothing was wrong the first time and on the second visit told me the compressor was going out and could fail any day now and quickly moved to sales mode and quoted me new units along with installation. For a second opinion, I called Plumbline out and Clinton — our technician — quickly explained the coil needed to be cleaned since it had not been touched in 14 years. We agreed to the work and the A/​C has worked flawlessly for 3 weeks now.

Wish I could comment on what their work is like, but unfortunately I can’t. I called and made an appointment for a guy to come out and give me an estimate and they never showed up. Didn’t even call. Tried to call them and went straight to voice mail.

No bueno. So Denver Water sent their jack-​booted minion to serve a nasty gram to me saying saying I have to replace the sewer line in the middle of the street. It’s a horrible visit that nobody wants since this notice from the city could be a $ 5−15k hit to the old billfold. Water minion says to get 5 bids, I oblige. Plumbline services seems über professional. They answer their phone and send someone out quickly to give a bid. I thought this is going to be binary:
0. They are just super awesome and that’s how they roll.
1. They are an awesome sales and marketing co. and try to sell VERY EXPENSIVE services with flash and bang, shock/​awe…
I’m sorry to say that this co is the latter and not the former. Their bid was 3x more than the company we went with. I understand being more expensive but 3x? The person that came out spent an hour inside the house and was hard selling, wow, this is really bad. Really bad. You’d better replace the entire line! None of the other contractors needed to come inside the house and none of them hard sold. No bueno.
If you need major work done do your homework people! Get multiple bids. I’m happy that I did. *BTW the best priced bid A1 Mile High Drains, Ivan Chavez did the work and did a great job. I highly recommend him!

We’ve been using Plumbline Services for the last 5 years or so, in 2 different homes. They’ve done a number of electrical, plumbing, & boiler services for us over the years. What I like best is their professionalism. They are always quick to respond, usually the same day. Their technicians wear protective footies over their street shoes in your home, & are conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. (As opposed to one independent plumber we used who tracked mud through 2 levels of our house, & made us wait 2 days when we had a leaky outdoor faucet. Who has the time or patience for that, even if it’s cheaper?)
They are prompt & professional, but also friendly. They are generally pricier, but I am willing to pay more for same-​day, clean, professional service (who has time to wait during an emergency?). We are in their preferred-​member program, which saves us a lot of money (no trip charges, & better pricing– they work with us on pricing, since we are regular customers). I also like that they have a pricing book, so you can see upfront what they charge. No made-​up pricing structures. Yes, if you have a large/​non-​emergency job, it is in your best interest to get several bids. But if you want quality work when life throws backed-​up drains, heating emergencies, etc., your way, these guys are definitely the ones to call.

Very happy with the service and professionalism, and it was nice that they were available same-​day on Sunday for an emergency fix that we couldn’t wait any longer to take care of, but $ 900 for a replacement of 2 supply lines and 1 ball valve on an already positioned, ready & waiting hot-​water heater is extreme.
Took him a total of about 2 hours and probably around $ 50.00 of parts if you paid retail (which of course they don’t)
Just be aware these guys are the premium, height-​of-​convenience at a very premium price. If you are in desperate need of a plumber same-​day and are willing to pay an arm and a leg for it they are a good option, but if you can wait and shop around, do it.

Although my furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year, Plumbline was able to schedule an appointment for me the same day, and called regularly to update me on when a technician would arrive.
Billy was polite, thorough, and was able to diagnose and repair my furnace within a half hour. The service fee to come to the house was waived when I paid for the repairs. I don’t feel I was upsold any un necessary repairs or had any added fees. I would gladly use them again.
