Needed my main drain replaced and my main water line repaired, They were on time and did everything promised for a great price. If only all plumbers were this great!

Excellent service. The work done was very efficient by a very competent crew. We had our sewer tap in the middle of our street repaired. I would definitely use this company again. Also the final cost was exactly the price quoted — I like!

We had a clogged toilet. They only spent 15 minute unclogged the toilet with a metal wire. Next day toilet is clogged again. I called the owner to complain, left two messages. No response. Waste of $ 100. Will never use them again.

I called several different plumbers when we had drain in the basement that was backing up. Most were scheduling 2 or more days out. None could get there the same day. When I called Afford-​A-​Rooter whoever answered the phone said that they could have someone there within the hour. I think that it was slightly longer than that, but only because of a mix up in the address. Once there, the plumber got right to work and snaked the floor drain. It has worked great every since.

Trevor is the guy you’ll reach when you call. He is also the owner. I was referred to Afford-​a-​Rooter by my neighbor who had his sewage line replaced. Trevor was very fair, honest, and quick. He was able to accommodate my rather odd shaped/​length of sewage line. He was way under the quote of another big-​name company to complete the job.

Found Afford-​A-​Rooter through a referral from Home Depot. I was in need of replacing a utility tub in my laundry room that was leaking everywhere — the quote that Trevor gave me over the phone was very fair, and they came out the next day to complete the project. I’ll definitely keep their number for future plumbing needs!

We had a frozen pipe and a situation where multiple tenants had no water. Several other plumbing companies quoted a 2 – 3 day wait (with no water) to even come out and LOOK at the problem. Joe was here within 40 minutes of my call with pipe-​thawing equipment. When it was determined that the pipe could not be thawed, but needed to be replaced, Joe and his crew started digging immediately. They had temporary water flowing to the building right away and fixed us up without delay and for a very reasonable price. Afford A Rooter will be getting all of our plumbing business from here on out!

These guys are awesome! They came within a couple of hours of calling and fixed the leaks in both of my bathrooms. Price was very reasonable and the guy that came by was excellent. He fixed both issues within an hour or so. I recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I had a blockage on a friday and really needed not just a snake out but a hydrojetting (not so easy to find). I called various folks and no one would come out over the weekend for this or if they would i needed an external clean-​out location (who has that unless they have a new house — mine was built in 1928).
I called Trevor on Saturday morning and he not only said he’s work with the clean out in our basement but said he’d be here on SUNDAY am.
Was here during the hour window he had given me and did all the work effectively and efficiently.
He’s my new go-​to guy for any plumbing issues.

Wow — just wow! So it’s after 7pm on a Friday night. Husband is in the shower, and my youngest kid says «why is there water in the hall?» I thought the water heater was leaking, but Nope! It was the sewer line backing up through the drain in the water heater closet. First — clean up the mess and shut off the water to the house. Second — call my insurance company to find out what to do. Third — find a plumber who won’t charge a fortune and can make it to my house preferably tonight, definitely by tomorrow. First place I called didn’t have an available time until Saturday afternoon. Second place was closed. Third place was Afford A Rooter. I called and left a message. Trevor called me back pretty quickly, and I was pretty brash with him. I told him what happened and told him I didn’t want to get screwed over. Justin was at my house before 8:45, and in about 45 minutes, he had taken care of the sewer line backup. The cost was exactly as quoted over the phone. Sub-​zero overnight temperatures coupled with the relatively exposed location of the main water line in our house resulted in us waking up to a burst valve. Not only did he finish the job in a timely fashion, he even corrected a design flaw by the homebuilder related to the valve-​shutoff lever (one that I myself had previously recognized).

The reasonable fee that Trevor charged – true to the estimate – was later validated by a friend who works for the city’s water department.

I recently had plumbing issues at my home and I was very impressed by Afford A Rooter. The customer service was excellent. When I called, the technician took the time to explain to me what the problem could be after I gave him a description of what was happening with my water. He quoted me a price and even took the time to quote me different prices if there was a worse case scenario. I also liked that the plumber called to let me know he was on his way to the house and the estimated time he would be there.
