I purchased a baby, two month old ball python from here. They sold me all the wrong things, wood chips, a small water bowl, a plastic hideaway, a big heat lamp. The substrate can splinter them and if ingested can hurt them internally. The heat lamp is too big for the size of the tank resulting in no cooling side for her. The water bowl is too small for her size to soak in which is important for their hydration and shedding. Due to the improper habitat she hasn’t eaten since I’ve taken her home. All they want to know is «IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH HER?» If there isn’t are you willing to wait until there is something medically wrong? All they told me was «i was taught by breeders, this isn’t wrong.» Well according to various snake owners, and a veterinarian you are wrong.
They do not know what they are doing here. They take full ADVANTAGE of new reptile owners. I will NEVER go back.

Love this place. I was visiting Long Island for work. Previously a resident here.
Jungle Bob had a very large assortment of reptiles .
So glad they can ship feeders. Their products were fantastic. Can’t wait to visit them again when I am in the area.

This place is excellent for all reptile lovers! The staff has so much knowledge of their animals and such a friendly atmosphere! They have everything you would need if your looking for a beginner reptile or if your experienced with some of the more advanced animals too!
