Our company goal is not to focus on growing the quantity of property portfolio’s we manage but rather to develop quality and long term relationships with our owners and tenants.

Our success is determined when our owners are happy with our services and our tenants enjoy where they live.

We welcome the challenges of taking on problem properties and working to clean up properties. We work to put crime preventative measures in place, and placing responsible tenants.

Our services include online access to all tenants and owners. Owners and tenants have the ability to access records online, make payments, receive payments, request services, or view other vacancies.

Prospective tenants can provide us information on what they are looking for in regards to rentals. We will place them on a waiting list and will notify them as soon as we have something that fits their criteria.

History

Established in 2009.

Jeff and Patty Reed have been involved in maintenance and property management since 2004. Patty helped start a property management company that managed properties throughout the United States. The goal with this company was to take on properties that owners did not take care of and turn them around. This including turning over units, removing undesirable tenants, working with law enforcement to put safety procedures together, and placing on-​site management teams at many of the locations. Jeff would consult or assist on many of the maintenance issues that would arise.

In 2009 we decided to start our own management company and focus on properties in Southern Oregon. Our goal was to take the things we learned from managing in the big cities and implement them into our business structure.

We have both lived in Southern Oregon for approximately 32 years and hope we can bring a different type of property management to the valley.

I have lived in Southern Oregon since 1978. My husband and I have three children, and one son-​in-​law. My passion is to make a difference with actions. This can be through working with our youth and volunteering.
