Wanted to let current and/​or potential clients to go to Browning Collision Center and ask for SCOTT MEYER!
I’m skeptical/​paranoid with ANY type of car… however, Scott Meyer taught there are honest folks who provided me with the best service I’ve ever had. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience… SERIOUSLY!
My car had been badly damaged while parked! I brought it to Browning Collision and all the talented people who work there know what they are doing!
Scott called me EVERYDAY to keep me posted! The car was at the shop for a month! When all the work was completed I went to pick it up… I was so impressed and very, very happy and pleased how beautiful my Nissan Rogue looked. It looked brand new!
Believe me, you will be treated honestly and fairly… they treat you with kid gloves! You will not be disappointed… I can promise that!

I am currently here getting an estimate. It started with someone calling me to schedule an appointment; I was hopeful. But then the woman was not friendly AT ALL and spoke so quickly that I couldn’t keep up with anything she said. She needs to mindful that people she is speaking with are shaken up since they were in accidents. Then we got here, the place reeked of cigarettes and the same woman hardly greeted us. She yelled to me from her chair, around the corner, asking who I was after she directed me to sit there. Then she called the chitty chatty guy that took forever to get out to me (because he was having a personal conversation). Then we get out to my car and he starts looking at my car, pulls out some measuring thing like my car is trying to get on an amusement park ride; then TAKES A CALL!!! I am shaken up, in pain from my accident, and forced to stand here while he gabs away on the phone. I am not at all satisfied and I haven’t even gotten my estimate yet!!!

Took over 30 days to fix my vehicle. When I asked about why it took so long they said it was Infinity’s lack of communication to them that delayed be process. So, I asked them to please put together a document stating all the times they attempted to contact Infinity. It’s now been 5 months and I still don’t have it. I have called, emailed and stopped by to see the Director and he is impossible to get a hold of. His last call to me was to tell me he doesn’t remember because he has hundreds of customers and that someone walked in that needed his attention and he would have to call me back tomorrow.
I will never go back and would I never refer them to someone else.

I took my son’s vehicle in for a warranty issue. Anthony Guinn, the Collision Center Director was quick to diagnose the problem. I returned with my vehicle the following Monday morning, and it was completed by Tuesday morning. The entire experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Browning Collision Center.

Car took forever, very bad communication and a «don’t give a sh! t» attitude from their employee Scott. He should not be dealing with customers maybe stick to the shop or something. The manager Anthony did help me after there was a complete communication breakdown. Mercury tricked me into taking my car here. Don’t fall for it!
Eurotech down the street is way faster and has a nicer reception girl.

Lame, they dont return phone calls and make you wait forever to pick up your car. They didn’t honor an email from our insurer bsolving us of our deductible. I had to call my nsurance company and ask them to contact the body shop directly which delayed pick up of our car by another day. The receptionist hung up on my twice acting as if she couldn’t hear me. Ridiculous.

I recently got into a car accident and went to Browning Collision to the guy who my wife, friends and I have gone to for years, Anthony Guinn. At first I contacted him at his old repair place Caliber Collision in Carson only to found out that he was not working there anymore. Thank God our friends found out that he was now at Brown Collision.
Once again, his service was just outstanding and our car repair experience was amazing… It’s funny, I told Anthony that he is the «Nordstroms of auto body repair» and that my only gripe with him is that he did not tell us he left
Anyway, if you need auto body work, I would highly recommend CarStar Browning, but just ask for Anthony! I assure you will have an amazing experience… Thanks again Anthony for taking care of us!

First off I wasn’t the happiest person because my car had been stolen and jacked up. But I had a very good experience with browning collision. Scott was so helpful and informative, I feel as if he went above an then some to keep me updated about my car. With all the stuff that needed to be done I thought it would take longer to get my car back, but it was done quickly. I highly recommend this place! 5 stars!

I am having trouble believing that the reviews I am reading on Browning Collision Repair are about the same place I recently did business with after my accident in January of 2015. From the time I walked in their door until the day I drove away with my repaired car, they did all they could to make car repair a dream. Scott, the estimator, who I dealt with most of the time, went out of his way to make my experience painless and pleasant. They called the car rental company who met me at Browning. It took less than 15 minutes from that time until I drove away with my rental (so that was a great experience as well). Scott called me twice a week to update me on my repairs and my car was ready within the time period that they originally gave me. They even handled the return of the rental car. I just left it there.
When I went to pick my car up, it had been thoroughly cleaned and was just beautiful. I even got to meet the owner who took the time to talk to me and answer questions and explain the repairs. I have had no other problems with the vehicle and I have had it back for about a month. I hated getting into the accident but the expected inconvenience of the aftermath never happened thanks to Mercury and Browning.

This shop is a joke. The manager named Anthony should go back to the hick state he came from. Take your car somewhere else!!!

This place is awful. My insurance sent me here after a car accident. Got my car finished, got in and they had put one of my seats down and left a wet rag which had molded and smelled terrible. On top of that it made a noise when it went over 40. Took it back, the new guy Anthony who helped me the second time around let me know that they were having issues the first time my car was there and he would fix it. He told me they never fixed the alignment, and a few other things that they had charged my insurance to do. They then «fixed» it, got it back and now my brakes are making a noise. Take it back for a third time and he lets me know the mechanics sprayed armor all on my brakes and that «brakes don’t like that» so they fixed that and found another problem with my car. I have now been waiting three days for my car with no date of completion as they are waiting on a part. On top of the fact that they can hardly fix a car the customer service is appalling. I don’t know how they have a sticker saying people love them on Unilocal because they are the worst ever.

The body shop did great work at an excellent price. I was happy with the work that was done on my daughters car and feel confident with the repairs.

So I got my hood redone (blended) and it’s probably been a couple months since the rework.
They got me a rental since it was a warranty job, but man… I was so miserable for 3 days with that sad rental.
I couldn’t wait to get my car back.
The person who took care of me made sure I was happy with the job.
He was cordial and sincere.
(My only gripe is that the pink pen marks they made on my car with NR for no repair was still a little left around my car.)
2 months later I found another pink spot and a faint shadow of it.
But either way they fixed my issue and I’m glad it’s all done.
I just hope it lasts.
Btw the manager wasn’t really much help at all and actually his attitude over the phone wasn’t really good.
I never got to meet him either.
