Dynamic Collision Center

This is a follow-​up dynamic never had my car check for mechanical issues after the body repair, although I ask them too? The side that I had the accident, now I find out after having my car for 3 weeks only drove for 1 week that the suspension is damaged from the accident, not to mention all my electrical that I had to pay for the repair. This is a nightmare and they won’t even take responsibility. Don’t let them repair your car it’s bad!!!

They had my car for 2 months, pick my car up on a Friday, my keys were working, the outside mirror, the knob near the shift gear was not working, and my clock was not working, the steering wheel was at the window but it was not working, they did not try to help me told me my insurance would not cover it? So I called my insurance company they said that they would cover it? Dynamic did not work for me they received 10,000.00 for the door, but did not replace the inside panel, that’s torn, so what was not done? I was hit on drivers side, my electrical is not working, so I take it back on Monday, they said it would not be ready Til thur, nothing was done still not working, keep my car for 4 days with nothing being done, Hyundai recommend them, then took it back this Tuesday picked my car up today nothing done, but the mirror, still missing a part the inside panel not replaced the interior on the drivers side dirty, from there work, still not cleaned, now I have to bring it back again, oh key still not working,!will update my progress oh the
Body work is perfect, but that’s it.
After thanksgiving I called to ask if they can finish repairs, and they said no it’s a liability, for what
I brought it back the last time? Never take your car here if you want quality work!

During my car repair Johnny was the person whom I mainly communicated he was very helpful, professional, and answered all my questions. He tried his best to give me my car back on the day due. They provided a polish and car wash to make sure my car looked sparkly. :) ready for me to pick it up:))

Brought my car in for a detail. Angel did an AMAZING job. He assisted me from start to finish and made this process stress free. My car looks wonderful. Definitely recommend! Thank you Angel!

*Update* Changing star rating from 1 to 2. Picked my car up last Wednesday and FINALLY my car was perfect. The work that Dynamic Collision Center presented with was beyond great, the process to get there was absolutely horrible. If you are willing to go back and forth multiple times before getting perfect service, then go ahead and use them, but prepared for it. Ultimately customer service wise, they did multiple things to rectify the situation which is appreciated. But in the end the hassle and back and forth was not worth it.

Why can’t I give 0 stars?!! This is the WORST collision shop EVER despite what other Unilocalers are saying! STAY VERY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! very unprofessional people and their work on my car was not up to par. They don’t give updates and they like to give you the run around because they fail to be on top of their job! Just a mess! Please believe me. They fail to see their mistakes and they don’t even have the guts to apologize. STAY AWAY ESPECIALLY IF GOING THROUGH INSURANCE

5 STARS!!! My car was kind of new when I got into an accident. I was so upset, yet the staff here was great. I had never dealt with a body shop before. They were so knowledgeable, answered all my questions and reassured me my car would be as good as new. My car came out perfect, really happy with the paint match. I dropped my car off and picked it up 3 days later. Thanks Dynamic! I will definitely recommend this place in the future.

Service is always excellent and Angel does an exceptional job. He provides wonderful customer service. I just had my car fixed and it feels brand new. I constantly recommend my coworkers and family members to go there because they get the job done and in a time friendly manner. Awesome business!

Very nice and helpful staff, I had my car repaired elsewhere in the past and it doesn’t compare to the fantastic job they did at Dynamic Collision Center. definitely recommend this place !!

If I could rate above 5 stars I would. Dynamic saved my wallet and brought my car back to life!
I have an 8 yr old vehicle and had been told by other body shops they wouldn’t be able to match my paint and I was therefore going to have to repaint my whole car. Not only is that more expensive but it was going to take much longer to do! Not only did Dynamic take out dents, replace parts but they were able to paint the areas that needed it and polish the rest to match the luster of the new paint! The guys there know what they’re doing and I’d highly recommend.
They were a little busy (but I guess that’s what happens when you’re good at what you do) so worth the wait.

long story short, was told 2 weeks and car will be finished, they called and said they need to redo the paint, called 1 week later said its done, got there and found another flaw in the door, another 4 days, called again and wife found 4 more flaws, 1 week later go pick up and manager says we need to redo paint on door again. Now i dont know what kinda employees that can get away with not doing their job right the 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd or 4^th time. No words to describe how much of an inconvenience they have been to us. Will never go back nor tell anybody to take their car or truck there. They make the dealer look bad.

My wife was unfortunately involved in an accident with her brand new Ford. We obviously wanted to have the car restored to new finish and looked into various auto body shops. I called the Ford dealership in Cerritos to see who they send their cars to for repair, and they referred me to Dynamic.
The shop didn’t have any review on Unilocal at the time, which was a bit of a bummer, but I liked the idea of having the car repaired at a shop recommended by the dealer, again seeing as how the car was new.
The shop was very cordial on my first call. They were quick to arrange towing for our car and worked with our quote from State Farm. The final repair was completed in a timely manner and looked just great.
Even better, Dynamic offers a deductible assistance program where they pay half your deductible, knocking our out of pocket payment down from $ 500 to $ 250. Pretty sweet.

I was referred here by a friend and being the Unilocaler that I am I of course had to review this place. I was a little apprehensive because of the poor customer service reviews (but nothing about poor quality of repair) so decided to give the place a chance anyway, and I’m glad I did! They kept in contact and updated me throughout the entire process my car was ready on time and the repairs looks amazing!

On the contrary of past negative reviews I had a overall pleasant experience. As a female, I’m not too savvy with the whole auto-​body lingo. The staff helped make me feel comfortable and communicated effectively throughout the entire job for my car. I will definitely revisit this shop for any unforeseen car damages.

I love this place, the work was awesome, it was like the accident never happened. Tom was great to work with and he did everything he said he would. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. I am going to recommend these guys to all my friends and family. Great Job Guys.

If I can give this place no star rating, I will, unfortunately Unilocal wont let me do that. Contrary to what fellow Unilocalers think of this place, I find my experience with them terrible. Never did they communicate with me whats going on or any updates (even if they specifically told you that they will call you) This place made me feel worse than being in an accident. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Poor customer service. I can go on about what had happen, but trust me when I say that in my opinion, this place is the worst.

Definitely would recommend this place to others. Initially my boyfriend and I went in to get estimates on our cars. I had a one inch deep scratch from freeway debris on my hood, which was going to start rusting soon. My bf had a very surface scratch on his hood of a black car (so it showed it really bad). Anyways, Johnny was the one who helped us out and gave my boyfriend and I an awesome deal to fix both our cars. He was flexible in getting us in to get the job done. My repair took longer and I had to leave my car there for 2 days (the bf’s was done in a couple hrs). But when we picked up our cars they looked awesome! the paint job on my car, and the buff work on my bf’s job looked great. The woman at the front desk was also very sweet and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely return in the future if i need to… which i hopefully don’t but you never know.
