10 stars cold noodle soup. You’ll never have a cold white noodle soup like this place! I used to drive an hour ktown to get it not knowing there was a Corner place just down the street from me when I used to live in Cerritos. The soup can be split for 2 people. It has this really light perfect vinegar sour taste with thin julienned slices of super crisp cucumber and the recipe was so famous some of my medical school friends back in the day wanted to send it to a lab and have it dissected lol Meat always fresh and high quality. Best lettuce and banchi AND they even have fermented bean curd! My only wish to make this place absolute foodie heaven is rice paper. I can’t eat KBBQ without it :( Can’t go wrong but I haven’t been in a year so not sure how the new owners are doing with the menu.

I don’t care what anyone says but I love The Corner Place. Their service is always good, the owner is always so friendly and nice, and the food is awesome. I like their banchans. My friends and I always come here for a bowl of cold noodles and some galbi. Oftentimes I like to come here for their kimchi jiggae too. Delicious.
