It’s a little cluttered, the staff is polite and helpful, though I did come in the morning, so not sure about rush hours times The isles are crowded, but the walk way is usually clear of toys or debris. Do not being a stroller in here, you’ll never get past anyone or anything! A good selection of toys for the older child crowd, a little sad because I didn’t spot much for my 18 months old. But the prices are reasonable and a good last stop shop on my way out of the mall! I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their recommendations of what my son would like since there wasn’t too much I saw myself! Great place to run in and out of for presents!

I’ve been going to this toys r us for years for my God Son and found stuff that he loves to play with and the staff are very friendly so I love this store.

Came to Toys R Us this morning to look for a birthday present for my baby cousin. I really don’t understand the big deal of Minecraft but that seems to be a big deal these days. Walked the entire store twice to look for Minecraft toys but no luck. Walked around a third time, hoping to find an employee, but that was unsuccessful, too. Does anyone even work on the sales floor? I end up finding the Minecraft section on my own and boy, the prices were steep. Seriously, a freakin foam sword for $ 25!?! A cube, similar to a rubix cube, but it lights up, for $ 25? Wow, wow, wow. This entire store is a rip off, as I’m sure all Toys R Us locations are. I will forever stick to Target for kids toys, at least they have sales here and there. Oh, and employees available to help me.
