Savvy Expressions Wedding & Event Coordination

I have nothing but good things to say about Stacey and her staff. My sister just got married this past September after over a year of planning with Stacey. My sister lives in Cincinnati but Stacey kept in contact with her through meetings here and over the phone and email.
Stacey is INCREDIBLE. She is very good at listening to requests and then communicating how she can make it happen and what is feasible. She was also there for every meeting with the vendors and while she wasn’t ever overbearing she did a GREAT job making sure that the vendors were understanding exactly what my sister wanted and when and how things needed to be completed.
She worked with my sister closely to develop the overall theme and concept of the wedding and it was executed to PERFECTION. The flowers, food, and cupcakes arrived and were set up with no stress at all to my sister, and the ceremony itself went SO smoothly! She worked with all of us in the wedding party the day before at the rehearsal to explain when and where we should be and at what times.
The day of the wedding she was calm and focused, friendly to everyone and got the job done. She had two very sweet helpers with her that were also behind the scenes helping Stacey get everything done. She stayed for the entire ceremony and reception and we were ALL so happy she was there. She stayed mostly in the background but we had all gotten to know her so well that it was like having a good friend at the wedding!
I cannot recommend Stacey enough. She is the sweetest person and totally open to fun and new ideas for weddings. My sister wanted (and had) an outdoor wedding that other wedding planners scoffed at or rolled their eyes about. Stacey was supportive and helped my sister put all her ideas together for a perfect, beautiful day!
