Business Owner

Jamie has been an animal lover since she was a child and always knew she wanted to work with them. When she was 14 she began volunteering at The Animal Humane Society and at 16 started working in a pet grooming salon as a bather. After graduating from high school, Jamie attended The Paragon School of Pet Grooming in Jenison, MI and has been grooming ever since. She has experience working in a boarding facility and a small pet boutique, but mostly in a large corporate salon where she also spent 4 years as a manager. In 2014, Jamie decided to make her dream a reality and open her own salon. She took what she has learned over the past 15 years, mixed it with passion and created Dapper Dogs. Jamie focuses on the safety and comfort of pets and customer satisfaction — she will treat you like an old friend and your pet like family!
