These people are GREAT! Easy to make appointments with. Call you the day before to remind you of the appointment. At the appointment they do a accurate job of spraying and inspecting for other bug issues. Put down sticky traps to catch scorpions in the garage. AND even find the bugs (roaches) you didn’t realize was nesting in your front porch!
Also understands about having pets & making arrangement to accommodate to them.
If more pest problems come up, the schedule another service.
Been using them for 3 years & whatever pest (spider, roaches, scorpions) problem comes up… they stop it!

All Guard has been doing my pest control service for three years now. Originally, I just wanted to keep the ants out of the yard, but with in a few months my technician, Ben, found evidence of termites! They were able to do a treatment for termites at a very reasonable price and the termite have not come back.
Now I use them for weed control as well. That service works great!
All of the technicians have been very friendly and professional, always asking if there is anything additional they can do for me.
I recommend All Guard to all my friends.

Wish there was a ZERO star rating. Abusive, unprofessional, untrustworthy. The stories from other reviews are right on. Stay away from Matthew and his horrendous business. Use ANY other pest control service and save yourself alot of aggravation.

Run do not walk away from this business! They do not even deserve one star. I signed a contract in 2011 for a year. The second month into spraying my house I get a bill for the month that they sprayed, which was impossible because I was in Dallas on business and my gate was locked as well as my house. I called Matthew to tell him that there was not any way my house was sprayed. I expected an apology and him to send someone right out. Well, I got yelled out and hung up on. Obviously I refused to pay him. He could not run fast enough to court to put a lien on my house. I just sold my home this week and he doubled the amount owed him. This man is a crook. One word for you Matthew… KARMA. I am surprised you are still in business but you can see by the other reviews, this is a shady business.

I had a bad experience also, Matthew was gunho to come out and help with roof rats, but the only thing they did was charge 90.00 to place 2 plastic rat bait boxes with rat bait, where I had fruit trees. Save yourself time and money go to home depot or buy online; 9.00 for bait and order bait stations yourself, 10.00.
When I called to tell him that the young man who was sent out didn’t look around or inspect anything can he please come back out, he told me they don’t offer free inspections, and he said nothig else. I would NEVER use this company. Be careful, they are on Thumbtack and will give you a quote but this company, Matthew, could care less about anything but money.
They will probably go out of business eventually… They are that bad

I had an appalling experience with this company. I initially spoke to Matthew who told me that most pest control companies could not be trusted but they would take care of me.
He said he could inspect the property and provide a quote. I didn’t go about contacting other companies at this time because in my mind I had already committed to this company and I don’t waste people’s time.
Nearly 3 weeks later I was still waiting. I had called Matthew on numerous occasions and always reached the receptionist who told me Matthew wasn’t there. I sent the company an email asking for their quote and mentioned I had been waiting for weeks. Then I got an abusive call from Matthew before he hung on me. I was in complete shock. I don’t know how anyone can run a business like this.
