Owning a real nice car can be a real nightmare when you get a dent or a scratch in it.
If you need any body work whatsoever, Invision auto body in Chandler is the only way to roll.
Kyle, one of the managers, was able to calm me down, and assure me that the finished product would be as good or better than new.
The reason I’m writing the review, is the promise that was made to me was kept, and you can’t believe the job these guys did.
They hooked me up with a rental, and did everything they said they were going to do. Julie in the office was very accommodating, and I’ve said my piece here.
There’s no doubt, Invision is the only place to do business with. No doubt a 5 star rating.

Having worked in the industry over a decade when I moved from Philadelphia to Chandler and my car came off the carrier damaged, I knew how difficult it would be to find an honest shop who did great work; my experience told me the odds were against me. Luckily the first stop I made was Invision Auto Body where I met Customer Service Manager Nato Garcia. It wasn’t only that I walked into a spotless lobby that very well could have been that of a local bank, but I was met by a friendly, well-​spoken secretary who immediately introduced me to Nato who took me right out to complete an estimate, taking all my concerns about the repair into consideration. In the following weeks he took the lead on dealing directly with the carrier company securing full payment for my repairs and rental. With all respect to the industry, in being at Invision and speaking with Nato you simply would not have believed you were in a body shop… the cleanliness, the professionalism, the atmosphere was, quite literally, impeccable in every way. I thought it too good to be true but then I received my vehicle back on time, looking amazing; the paint match and blend were seamless — and it looked as if it had just been detailed. I could truly go on forever… there simply is no other place for me — I am loyal Invision customer from here on out.

We had a collision with a truck tire on I 10 which did major damage to the bumper and undercarriage of the car. Also other items too numerous to list. What could have been a nightmare for us was handled efficiently and courteously by their manager, Nato. Workmanship was excellent and Nato kept us informed of circumstances along the way… for such an awful experience for us, all at Invision were respectful and courteous. Thank you to all but most especially Nato! Highly recommend them

Scraped my car so I brought it here to Invision Auto Body quoted me $ 800 ! I brought it to another shop and the owner wiped the scrape with a solution — no dent and the paint was fine — didn’t charge me a penny!!! I do not recommend this place — I question their ethics! ! !

I just picked my car up this weekend. Kyle and the rest of the team at Invision Auto Body did an amazing job. I could not be happier with the quality of work performed on my vehicle. Kyle kept me informed throughout the process. I will definitely take my vehicles to them should unfortunate events happen in the future.

I recently was in an auto accident. My insurance company sent me to Invision auto body. The general manager, Kyle was very easy to work with. I gave him a time frame for the repairs, as I was heading out of town. He had it done exactly when he said he would. The work was done beautifully and they gave me a warranty on their work. I wouldn’t go ant where else. These guys are great. If you need any body work on your car, go there, I recommend them highly!

I recently took my sports car to InVision for a repair on the bumper. We are a «car» family and have used a variety of companies to handle our repairs in the past. I can honestly say that our experience at InVision was above and beyond any other auto body shop that we have ever used. The staff was friendly and professional, the work was excellent and the turn around time very short. I was able to drop my car off as I was leaving on a vacation and received text message updates and pictures of their progress. The technician found previous poorly repaired damage that we had been unaware of and was able to expertly repair the area. My car is as beautiful as it was when I first purchased it thanks to InVision. We have already recommended InVision to several of our friends and are confident that they will be as pleased with their experience as we are. InVision is a top quality company and we highly recommend it!

I recommend this shop highly! I just got my car back today, and the work they did was fantastic. One of the things I like the best about my car is the beautiful paint job, so I was a little fearful of having this work done. But, there should be no worries at all. The work was done on my fender and bumper and the match is perfect! The staff members were friendly and professional and the work was fabulous!
