My name is Bill Palladino and I am the owner along with my partner Robert Lauria of Palladino’s Professional Cleaning Services, a family owned cleaning business. Together Robert and I have 35 years of experience, starting Palladino’s in the Phoenix Metropolitan area over 10 years ago.

The success of our business has been primarily based on a couple of very simple but critical concepts; service, quality, experience, and pride of ownership. 80% of our business comes from referrals, our patrons boasting about our service to their family and friends.

History

Established in 1998.

My company is an established professional full cleaning service with over 25 years experience. In 1986 I started a Construction Cleaning Flood Restoration Company in Tampa Bay, Florida. The business was extremely successful and I had the opportunity to sell it to investors which led me to head out west to be closer to family. In 1998 I established Palladino’s Professional Cleaning Services, LLC. I am extremely knowledgeable in the servicest I provide, I know how to listen to my client’s needs, and have a strong commitment to Customer Service and Satisfaction. I soon realized the best approach to a successful cleaning business is to be a «One Stop Shop» Cleaning Company with Competitive pricing. I provide accurate quotes over the phone and guarantee my pricing. We now provide quality services in the following areas: Home Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Trash Removal and One Time Landscaping Clean Ups.

I was born and raised in New York. While attending school back east for Engineering I worked part time in the cleaning business. After graduating and working as an engineer in major corporations I decided my true passion was to be a business owner. In 1986 I moved to Florida, I took the experience I had gained thru my years in working for ServePro Cleaning and decided to open my own business. Within a short amount of time my business grew to be one of the largest Construction Cleaning Companies in the Tampa Bay Area. I had family on the west coast and decided to sell my business in Florida and move out to AZ. In 1998 I established a Full Cleaning Service business in Arizona. I am married and have one daughter who recently moved from NYC to LA. I love the west coast, the warm weather, and the diversity of people that live in the Phx area. I pride myself on being fair, honest, and consistent. As a business owner I answer every phone call and respond immediately.

Hired this company to do a while house cleaning, 2200+ square feet including carpets in Maricopa, AZ. They came the next day and cleaned for hours. Did a great job. It was worth every penny and then some. Great people too. I will call them to do more work for us in the future.

If I could choose negative stars for this company I would. The window cleaning attempt was a complete waste of money. My husband and I had to redo every window. If you are even remotely particular with your expectations of clean windows, this is not the company for you. Also, do not rely on the accuracy of your phone quote. They tried to collect an additional $ 70 over the quote I was given. I suggest asking for a quote in person IF you decide to give them a try. I was so upset with the results and the fact that they increased the amount due, that I immediately let them know how disappointed I was. The two men who attempted the work wanted to redo it, but by that time I was so frustrated I just wanted them out of my house. I didn’t see how they could possibly clean the mess they had made that included dirty water running down my walls and window seals and incredibly streaky windows. When I called to speak to their boss, I was basically scolded for overreacting and told that I should have let them redo the windows while they were there. The only way this could have been resolved would be for it to have been for free…

I called (on a recommendation) to hire them for carpet cleaning, and ended up using them for the entire house cleaning also (a 2,500 square foot house I was moving out of). It was empty when they came to clean it, and it was really dirty. In fact, we moved in three years earlier in a rush, and I felt like we moved in on top of someone else’s dirt (gross), and I was never able to really get it clean, ever. When they were done, I went to inspect it, and I was absolutely amazed at the job they did. They far surpassed my expectations. Friendly, fast, and just plain elbow grease excellent.

I called this company after seeing their ad in our local monthly community paper for «Carpet Cleaning $ 75 Any 3 Rooms».
When I called to schedule I explained the following:
1. I am willing to pay more for a thorough, unhurried cleaning with edge detailing.
2. The rooms are fairly large; 16 X 18 feet and a 2 room combo of 15 X 34 feet.
3. The carpet color is ivory, not very soiled, some traffic patterns were apparent.
4. We would have all but 3 furniture pieces removed prior to the cleaning.
Given the information he said the price would be closer to $ 100.
The guy showed up on time & I explain what I stated above. He looks a the carpet, states that it is in good shape, I point out the traffic patterns which he notices. and pre treats. Then… he begins spraying the cleaning solution everywhere leaving dirty dark footprints from the soles of his black shoes. I point it out to him (other companies we used in another state use shoe covers) and he explains it would clean up once he uses the extraction step. He begins sucking the spray with such speed I could hardly believe the carpets could be cleaned.
All said and done, 45 minutes from entry to exit with all hoses removed and back on his truck. Really? It takes me longer to vacuum one room than it did him to spray/​pretreat and extract the 3 rooms. His shoe marks, some were still there but did vacuum up once dry. The traffic patterns, still there. The edges, no difference. Once dry the carpet felt stiff and slightly sticky as if a film was on it.
The bill, $ 100. The quality of work, poor. Overall very disappointing. I Won’t use them again.

I had a great experience with these guys. They were able to schedule the cleaning of our office carpet quickly. The service provider was on time and professional. He quickly cleaned the entire carpet and was able to remove the stubborn stains. I believe the price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire these guys again.

They are getting two stars for the following: professional service and the window cleaning was good.
The three stars were detracted because the work they were hired for was sub par. We are getting our house ready to sell and requested walls, doors, baseboards, blinds, and windows be done. The owner quoted us a decent price and call it the «degreaser». The two men showed up later than expected (about an hour late, but did call when on their way) and seemed very professional. It took them a bit over 2 hours to do the work. I immediately noticed that the walls and baseboards still looked grungy. The owner did say some may not come off. However, I took a Magic Eraser to it all, and it came off easily. When one of the cleaners saw me re-​cleaning the blinds, he did offer to do it. Yet there was so much half-​done that it seemed pointless to keep them there longer. My guess is that their cleaning products just aren’t the best since the Magic Eraser worked amazingly. My family and I had to go over the work again today. It seemed like a pointless waste of money since we had to re-​do all of the walls, doors, and trim. But the windows do look nice.
Skip the rest – get a magic eraser & just have them come do windows.

I have been using Palladino’s Cleaning Services for years. I use them for carpet cleaning, windows and general house cleaning as well. They offer great prices and are extremely responsive. I think some of the reviews on here are unfair and not an accurate portrayal of the wonderful service Palladino’s offers. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I hired them for a move in cleaning and it was a disaster. They were dishonest and when I made a complain to owner he said I was upsetting him for questioning the quality of the work. I have never experienced a service like this and was very upset and disappointed.

We called Palladino’s the day before we needed to get the carpets cleaned in a townhouse we were moving to in Scottsdale. The owner was able to schedule us quickly which was very much appreciated. The representative who came the next morning to clean our carpets was great (apologies, I cannot remember his name.) He was friendly, professional and was able to get the job done quickly. The main reason we needed the carpets cleaned/​deodorized was because the previous tenants had a dog with very long hair. The cleaning helped with the hair/​smell but idid not get rid of it completely, maybe because that type of issue with carpet needs more than one treatment. Either way, we were pleased with our overall experience with the company and will most likely be using them again in the future.

Unprofessional behavior! I found Bill to be arrogant and vindictive. He has several times tried to «teach me a lesson» about the cleaning business. Even when it was to his financial advantage as a service to me, he refused and told me it was my fault for not dealing with «the best.»
Well, everyone says they’re the best. However, to me, the best means great service: taking care of the needs of their customers. Palladino’s didn’t do that for me.

Prior to moving into our new home, we hired Palladino’s to do some serious cleaning. Their cleaning crew of three took their time and made sure everything was spotless. They cleaned the light fixtures and even got the hard water and soap residue out of the bathtubs. I was very impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a move-​in or move-​out clean.

We lucked out with this company. Prior to moving into our new home, we hired this local cleaning company to get our home move-​in ready. They specialize in move-​in/​move-​out cleaning & carpet/​upholestery cleaning. Our home was vacant for several months accruing webs, dust and dirt in hard to reach places. Not to mention the carpet needed a shampoo job. They came in and made it spotless. You could eat off the floor. But we’re not that kind so we just admired the floor from a far. We were very satisfied and absolutely recommend this company to everyone. Your home does not need to be vacant to do business with them since they offer more services than just the move-​in/​move-​out services.
