Daniel and his dad did a great job moving my pool table from point A to B! No damage, pool table in great shape and moved without a scratch. Now, he almost earned no stars and I almost took my business elsewhere, because Daniel flaked on me at the last second. BUT, he made up for it in the form of a discount. I was skeptical, but sure as the light of day he showed up as promised the very next day. I could not be more pleased with his passion, professionalism, and dedication to his job and company! The fact that he took responsibly for his actions, admitted his mistake, made up for it, and was a man of his word by showing up and getting the job done in a timely manner is why this man gets 5 stars. If I ever need to move my pool table again or know anyone who needs one moved, Daniel is the guy!

Dead eye Daniel did a great job. Prompt, very curtious, made sure everything was perfect before he left. Look no further, he will take good care of you. Also, if your like me, you probably thought you could move the table yourself. Don’t be a fool, let Daniel move it.

Fast work done well. Reasonably priced. He works hard and knows what he’s doing. I own a business (VIP Rv resort) that has two tables in the billiards room. I’ll def be using him again for all our pool table needs.

We purchased a used pool table and needed a mover. During an email search «Rack Em Up Billiards» showed up. Daniel, the owner, was reasonably priced and could move the table the same day. Daniel and his helper Kevin showed up in a short bed pickup truck with a tire in the back. We were all skeptical but he and Kevin got the table in and we found out there was a purpose for the tire. When they arrived at our home Daniel almost dumped the whole table on the street trying to get into our driveway. If it wasn’t for Kevin the table would have been in the street. Thank you Kevin! We paid cash like all of his other customers so if something goes wrong there could be no recourse. He probably doesn’t pay taxes on his earnings either. Daniel talked us into new bumpers (if you read the reviews you will notice a trend) and tried to talk us into new felt. When we didn’t bite, he ended up tearing our felt by pulling it to tightly. Daniel did admit that he did this, but still would not offer to replace the felt. He also left a lump underneath the torn felt. We contacted him a few times and he always had an excuse as to why he could not fix it. So Daniel left us with a lump in our table and torn felt. Now Daniel, you can call me a liar too, like you have with your other dissatisfied customers.
Would I recommend Rack Em Up Billiards? They are cheap, somewhat efficient, but if anything goes wrong you will be left with the mess and expect the sales pitch of needing new bumpers and felt.

Daniel is the best! Point blank period. This is my second move since owning my pool table and the second time using Rack Em Up Billiards to get the job done. I truly appreciate being accommodated at the last minute when I’m bogged down with the other nuances that moving causes and he has came through each time. A true professional that is also friendly and personable which is definitely a plus. Will use him the next time I move as well

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. If you need help finding a place to purchase a pool table, go no further. Daniel found exactly what I was looking for at a price way under what I thought I would pay. He went with me to ensure it was appropriate and absolutely acted as my advocate. And then delivered it to my home and set it up with the utmost professionalism. He is tidy and organized and made it a fun and enjoyable experience.

Daniel and his assistant did an excellent job. Daniel moved my table twice, and I could tell he really cared for it like it was his own. He encouraged me to get new bumpers so I wouldn’t ruin my cloth, and at first I was skeptical and refused but he persisted and offered me a great deal because he takes so much pride in his work and doesn’t want my table to get ruined. He charged me $ 180 for new bumpers and installation, and just to check that price I asked Diamondback Billiards how much that job would cost and they told me about $ 500. Daniel is very reasonable and will do everything he can to make sure you are happy with your pool table. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend.

They moved my table and redid the felt. The felt split two days later (see photo). They list or stole my balls, worth $ 140, and my leather take cover, worth at least $ 300. Filed police report and Rack Em Up is now being investigated by the Phoenix PD.

Great guys to work with! They disassembled my pool table on fairly short notice, took it away and stored it for a week while I was between houses then brought it to my new house the same day I called to let them know the I was ready for installation. I’ll be calling them again the next time I need it moved.
