I have been going here for almost 3 years now and cannot imagine going else where. Dr Theo listens his patients, finds out what they would like to do after given several options. He didn’t push me to do one thing or another. He focuses on the natural and/​or herbal direction vs prescriptions. We discussed things in a very open, friendly manner, then discussed all possible options. He focuses on finding the root causes and then talks about all the options available. None of this «buy that buy this» sort of treatment.
He makes an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They are always so friendly when I come in, they always remember me and make me feel very important. They were by far one of the best I’ve ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they’ve been exceeding their clients’ expectations for many years.
He gives you that 1-​on-​1 attention and you don’t have that 1hr long wait to see a nurse then the doc comes in for 5 minutes.
