Worst experience with a service company ever.
To start with, they sent 2 techs. One to be a rude male chauvinist, the other to creepily walk around my home touching my stuff.
The chauvinist has a ego that prevents him form listening to a woman, who knows a bit more than he thinks she does.
I used my home warranty (HSA), but had consulted 3 previous technicians who agreed with me the unit was beyond repair. In the 15 minutes of arguing in and general creepiness, the technician’s «expert opinion» was to do EXACTLY what broke the unit beyond repair, and had been done 3 times in the last 2 months.
Crooks, just trying to pad the billing to the HSA and take advantage of a woman.

Excellent customer service fixed problems (company sent by American Homeshield) without issue right away. Definitely recommend this company!

Hassan did a great job. Very polite professional informed of us all the reasons why the heat wasn’t working in our home. He arrived early to our appointment and pricing was affordable.

Can not say what a great service provider this company is. Our Ac went out the night before our vacation and our home warranty company couldn’t locate anyone to come fix the electrical issue last minute on a Saturday night. Found this company on Unilocal and called them and they came at 8:30 on a Saturday night. Detected the problem immediately, ran to Home Depot to buy broken fuse and fixed our Ac within the hour ! Great service, highly recommend!

We used Hassan with American Technical Service to perform some electrical work on our home. Hassan arrived at our house AFTER normal business hours to do the work. We also had some previous wiring done that was incorrect and Hassan knew exactly what the issue was and immediately fixed it!
Scheduling an appointment was super easy! We called to see what days they could come out and he was out to our home the next day. I loved that we did not have to take off from work to accommodate «normal» working hours. They are open everyday even holidays. American Technical Service act as if they are at your beck and call which is always a plus.
The pricing was very affordable and they even run specials so be sure to ask if they have any current specials. They work extremely hard to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. I should also note that while this is a family owned and operated company, they are fully licensed to perform the work! This is very important for things like HVAC and electrical. The American Technical Service value their work and we will be a customer for years to come!
