I purchased a 1995 Lexus SC300 that looked good only had a few issues when I test drove it. I had it the first week and the battery, starter, and brakes needed to be replaced along with the A/​C not working. They left the vehicle running with less than a quarter tank full while I was signing the paperwork. They got me approved for a loan with my bad credit history thanks to my family ruining it while deployed. Later the car being less than a month from the purchased date I stopped working. Towed it to a Lexus Dealership and found out the fuel pump and fuel pump ECU needed to be replaced. When I first signed the documents I told them I wanted it titled and taxes in my homestate and GAP insurance. They failed to do that. Now my tags are expired and after multiple phone calls and weeks later they finally send me the title but no refund of taxes or an extension of the tags expiration. After putting over $ 2500 dollars in it to repairing to keep running and thankful the Lexus Dealership I took my car to gave me a loaner car for FREE until the repairs are complete. Do not purchase a car from here unless you plan on getting ripped off all vehicles are well over KBB value. They don’t not give you the carfax report either. Buy a car from a dealership not places like this. They aren’t experienced or as knowledgeable as those companies are. Good Luck finding what you need. And thanks for reading. Happy Buying!

Still a VERY HORRIBLE PLACE!!! STAY AWAY!!!
The manager TJ tried to convince me that things were different now he was in charge. But nothing has changed. Been talking to/​texting TJ since June 3. Every day a different lie, «We sent your title via FedEx, it will arrive on Friday.» Ok, so what is the tracking number? Till today, nothing. No response from him or GN Auto and I’ve been reaching out all week. Not sure why he’s a manager if he cannot manage situations and resolve customers’ concerns and issues. This is a horrible place with the worst customer service ever. A guy called Shane who also works there told me via the phone that perhaps they would respond to my complaints/​call back if I did not leave them such bad reviews online smh. Such customer service…

It seemed to be great, at first. I went to buy a 03 ford explorer had help as soon as I walked in. Stayed for about 5 hours in the time I waited the sales associate Shannon in conversation dropped inappropriate racial slurs as if it were ok… I complained to the manager who promised this wasn’t the way they did business as i checked car again the check gage light came on the manager zack said it maybe just needs gas (ok) and they would take car of it. against my better judgment I still purchased vehicle with an extended warranty. I left the lot pleased that I had a great vehicle at a great price. Here’s where things continues to go
check engine light comes on I call gn to find out what shop my warranty was for and it takes all of 2 days calling back to back to speak with someone to help me. then I decided to call the number on my contract with my warranty info. First gn never sent my info to the car protection plus so they couldn’t help me then they said they don’t cover vehicles with pre existing conditions (WTF!!) So back to the drawing broad calling the good people of gn auto who either hang up on you, swear that person who could help is to busy, or have you call back after they get the info you need and they never do. So my experience at gn sucks the customer service during sale was inappropriate and customer relation after sale was even worse. I do not recommend this shop
Definitely don’t buy their warranty. And it’s seems that saying (nigga) isnt as frowned upon as they lead you to believe.

First let me start by saying. DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR !! This place is trash! I brought a 2005 Infiniti G35. The guy that was supposed to do my paper work never showed up, so someone else had to do it. I was super late to work because of him (almost got fired). Second the car had the serpentine belt cracked, control arms broken, fuel pump and fuel fuse all broken, tires almost worn out, lower engine cover broken, Rotors and pads almost worn out. The seats were not working. Exhaust had leaks all over the place. Cost me nearly $ 2000 dollars to get a new one. Transmission valve needed to be change, another $ 2000 dollars. Check engine came on a week later. Since all that, I put lots of work on this car. I spend exactly $ 5,666.83 on all repairs in a span of Six months… That’s just unbelievable. Took them nearly a month to get my car plates. THIS PLACE IS A F***NG JOKE! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I would not recommend buying from this dealership. We bought a truck from and within 2 days our check engine light came on. Upon having it checked by a mechanic the catalytic converter was bad and needed to be replaced, and the check engine light had been reset to hide this fact. The salesman we dealt with said all the right things to get the deal done and then no follow through. This is not how you do business and grow a companies reputation… If you Google the company you will find many of the same type of reviews… Do your self a favor and find another place to buy from…

My young son recently purchased a car from these shisters. It was his first car buying experience and was proud he completed the transaction himself. Boy did they rake him over the coals…
+ 24% interest rate (he has perfect credit)
+ processing fee of $ 299
+ GAP Insurance fee of $ 395
+ Extended Warranty fee of $ 400 (void from the start because car had performance parts installed)
+ They used a car for trade in that my son was not on title (we were ok signing title over, but they did the deal unauthorized)
— because of the cars multiple issues, I told Stanley (sales guy) they would not get my title and I wanted the deal void. After several efforts of trying to talk me out of it, Stanley knew there was no deal and told me to bring the car back. Well, the car can’t make it out of my driveway…
Stanley is a nice guy on the phone but never returns phone calls or does as agreed.
The car died the 2^nd day he had it so we took it to the local garage. Clogged catalytic converter, check engine light with numerous codes, rear brakes need replacing, car overheats. The mechanic said it should have never passed inspection. When I mentioned this to Stanley he said, «you know Maryland inspections are more stringent than Virginia’s»… well, I am pretty sure brakes are an important part of Virginia inspections.
It has been over a week now and the car that will not run is still sitting in my driveway despite promises from Stanley that they will send a tow truck. They still have my car and refuse to let me pick it up until they get their car back. Because I never agreed to the deal (car title was in my name) it is legally my car!!! Stanley keeps telling me, let me get with my boss and arrange to have it towed back and will call me back later. He never calls back!
BEWARE!!! — these guys are crooks and will tell you anything to keep you happy.
