Meadows of Chantilly

This place sucks, the rudest people I ever met work in the office, they don’t respect the residents of the comunity.
I’ve witness at least two drug related police bust in the neighborhood since moved here…
Parking is a nightmare since the management will enforce towing policies when is more convenient for them (when someone rent the club house for an event they will ignore conviniently their own parking rules allowing people to park where ever they want even taking your reserved parking spot, leaving you to deal with that mostly the weekends)

As for right now, the management at Meadows of Chantilly is abused. If you are a new client they will treat you like anybody else that wants your money but once you become a resident there is no consideration for you. They handle the rules as they pleased, for example; right now, they want to reinforce rules about parking vehicles … (they don’t want to see any resident’s car parking in the community parking lot because it looks bad for new costumers) …that is new for us, residents!, I’ve been living here the last 8 years… they will tow your car ignoring your resident sticker and you’ll find yourself feeling helpless because when you try to resonate with them, their explanation is more than vague. Rent might be cheaper than other places but be aware that once you become a resident in this community you will live feeling unsafe.

DO NOT move here. I promise you will regret it. Loud, rude neighbors who blare their music at all times. Punk high school kids roaming the streets at night. Management doesn’t give a rats ass about the people who live here, they’re just a bunch of greedy bastards who want your money. Forget about having friends or family come over to visit you. there is NO WHERE for them to park. I have to tell everyone that comes over, to park in the LA Boxing parking lot. If you park in the street, your car will get towed. Unless of course you’re buddy buddy with the people at the clubhouse. They say that there’s a landscaping company that comes around and mows the grass, but they come once a month (if you’re lucky). The «playground» is disgusting, and has graffiti all over it from the punk high school kids and half of the equipment is damaged/​broken. Overall, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. This place is ridiculously terrible.
