Timothy Kulp founded Kulp Law Firm in 1986 as a Criminal and DUI Defense law firm in Charleston, South Carolina after spending five years prosecuting cases in Charleston County and two years as a special agent in the F.B.I.

Business Owner

Tim Kulp is a native of Columbia SC and a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina School of Law. After graduating law school, Mr. Kulp was a special agent in the FBI in Miami, Florida. Upon leaving the FBI, Mr. Kulp became a prosecutor in Charleston, South Carolina. In 1986, Tim Kulp began private practice in Charleston as a Criminal Defense and DUI lawyer.
