We Smoke fresh meats in Hickory Wood till they are tender and moist. Fresh Pork Butts are rubbed and smoked in hickory wood for 10 hours. They are then minimally processed and served to you naked with out any sauce in big pieces of whole muscle meat so you know there is nothing else mixed in. If you like your cue chopped we can do that for you, just let us know. We smoke whole chicken, chicken tenderloins, chicken wings, beef brisket, baby back ribs and pork butts. During holidays we smoke turkey and hams. We make over a dozen Signature Sauces, prepared fresh daily without any additives, colors, or other chemicals you can’t pronounce. History
Established in 2009.
Farmers BBQ is a Charlotte Barbecue Restaurant and Charlotte Catering Company. We wanted to have a place that served really tender meat in good sized portions and plenty of homemade sauce to go with it. Farmers was started in Charlotte, N.C. in the Mallard Creek Area. Folks around here have been enjoying barbecue for as long as anyone can remember and since Farmers is open all year round you won’t have to wait!

Love to smoke and eat barbecue! Been smoking for a while now, learned plenty and have plenty to learn. We follow our process which takes about 20 – 24 hours total and creates a really juicy tender piece of meat. Since we make all the sauce here from scratch you can’t go wrong with any of them, plus they are all different and unique in their own way, you can try a different sauce every day for almost 2 weeks!
