I have been going faithfully for the past 2 months. I’ve went from fill ins, to a new full set, and now I’m going morn natural with my own nails to let them breath. By far my favorite place in Charlotte with reasonable prices! Weekends are usually busy so I avoid them. I like to talk to my amazing nail tech(I won’t say her name cause I’m selfish lol) but I will reveal her after I move out of the city.

I have been coming here for a few years since I moved to the area. The staff is friendly and once you go a couple of times, they know you by face(maybe by name also). They have enough chairs to offer pedicures for s group of friends and they offer you something to drink as soon as you’re seated. The busiest days of the week are, Friday evening, Saturdays and occasional Thursdays for those trying to miss the Friday rush. If they aren’t sure that they can get you into someone’s chair in a timely fashion, they will politely ask if you want to make an appointment for the next day. My nails are generally done in a quick and efficient manner. The couple of times that my gel polish has chipped, the staff did not have a problem correcting the mistake immediately. This nail salon is conveniently located across from McAllister’s deli, Cold Stone, Harris Teeter and Jet’s Pizza. You don’t get funny looks when you bring your food with you for your pedicure appointment and you can relax with Ice Scream on the warmer days. There is some noise from pizza being made on the other side of the wall but nothing that will disrupt«girl time».

PAYATTENTIONTOYOURRECIEPT!!! They charged me an extra $ 10. I got charged for a gel fill in & it was an acrylic fill in. The guy was rushing me to sign the receipt, when I got home and reviewed my reciept I notified the additional charge. Not only that I tipped him. I will NEVER comeback here. Bring cash here, or else they’ll tip themselves!!!

TERRIBLE… This is another typical nail salon in a strip mall that rushes customers out the door with no regard to quality. I’ve been there 3 times. My first visit was AWESOME. My second visit was terrible and my third visit was deplorable. They seem annoyed whenever a customer enters the salon. I treated myself to a mani and pedi on my birthday. My gel polish buckled on my fingers and toes. The polish eventually peeled off my fingers. This happened within 36 hours of leaving the shop. I returned to show them the buckled polish and no one cared or apologized. No excuse or reason was offered. My impression of them is that they are lazy and the quality of their work shows it.

We’ve a had a bad mani/pedi but I’ve never had an AWFUL one… Until now! So disappointed. Poor work, pool quality. I would not recommend them. The photos show it all. It looks like a child did my nails. My skin is painted the coats are different thickness on each nail. Just bad. I had to ask the technician to take the paint off the skin around my toe nails. When I asked the technician about it she blamed it on my nails being so short. What the what!!! I’ve always had short nails and have never had a problem. Would not recommend. The part that really got me was when I got the receipt, I was still going to tip her but when I went to write in the $ amount she said, «no, cash instead» ahhhh. Are you kidding me!!! That pushed me over the edge. With all that being said, the co worker I went with had the same services done by someone else and her nails look magnificent. So it’s all about who you get. #notworththemoney

save yourself. all I wanted was a polish change and the lady who first painted my nails did so horribly. there were bubbles, smudges etc. someone else had to repolish my nails all over again. top it off, they gave themselves a $ 5 tip I did not authorize on my credit card.

$ 35 for a basic mani /pedi. Fair price, and they do a pretty good job. There are cheaper places that do an equally good job on South Blvd, but the atmosphere is not as pleasant. The technicians at My Bella are receptive to any special concerns you might have. The massage chairs(once you can get them working) are great. I basically only get pedicures so I can sit in this chair for an hour. I could easily fall asleep every time. One complaint: the foot and leg massages are brutal. If you bruise easily, tell them to go easy on you. The slaps and punches to the bottom of the feet and shins and calves are not therapeutic for me. I highly recommend My Bella over the other 2 nail salons in this Mallard Creek/Mallard Creek Church area.

This was my first visit and was pleased with the service. I walked in for a deluxe pedicure on Saturday afternoon and they sat me right away. Offered me a free drink! The pedicure was a little soft on massage but I am also very pregnant and you have to be careful with foot and ankle massage during pregnancy so maybe they were aware of that. There were a ton of regular customers coming in so they seem to have a good customer base. I will definitely go back.
