iWorx will drive to your location or a location of your choice (home, office, coffee shop, etc) anywhere in the Charlotte metro area, and our prices are often cheaper than repair shops that require you to go to them.
We perform most iPhone repairs on the spot, in 20 minutes or less.
For iPhone customizations, iPads, and Android devices, your service may require more attention. For these devices, we offer a convenient Pick-up and Drop-off service (24-hour turnaround). As long as your device is picked up by our technician before end of business hours the day before, you’ll have it back in your hands the very next day, fully repaired.

iWorx is the result of a decade’s worth of hard work and dedication to the electronics repair and customization industry.
We got our start customizing Nextel phones with clear housings and LED light mods, and then moved on to repairing these and other devices. When the iPhone and Android devices burst onto the scene and took over the market, we were forced to quickly learn how to work on many new devices.
It is this ability to evolve and adapt in an ever-changing industry that allows us to offer top-notch customer service and workmanship.
