Hands down — best apartment complex in Noda! The management team is efficient, caring, honest, and diligent. I had little time to relocate and I toured the apartment one day, emailed the manager late that night, and they had my keys ready literally the next morning! The apartments are affordable, yet spacious and beautifully finished. I looked at several apartments before I decided on these and all the other apartments felt cramped — with lower than average ceilings and minimal windows. My 1BD/1BA feels SO spacious and natural lights pours into the apartment. Also, I took into consideration that W/D, cable, and internet were all included and already set up. I also have a dog and the dog park and dog bathing facility are just perfect. I was worried about the location being so close to the train tracks, but I honestly haven’t noticed it enough to be a nuisance at all. The location is perfectly situated in Noda and I’m so glad I chose to rent here. Highly recommended!

Nice looking but just a very uncomfortable place to live. No sense of community. Your neighbor’s will complain about you right after they wave to you. Not very dog friendly. For the price, I expected more. Will not renew my lease. Pros: gym, pool, club room, maintenance is super quick, Kara Cons: neighbor’s, too corporate, overall snobby vibe, poor construction

Wow. I must say I am surprised by the negative reviews for Yards at Noda. I have lived here over six months and have loved every minute of it. The apartments are like any new apartment complex. This is the third newly built apartment complex that I have lived in and I will say that all three have been about the same. Thin walls and floors, fixtures are similar, appliances are the same and construction grade paint. If you are going to live in any new complex and expect top notch quality you better think about your choice before you make it. Being in the construction industry I know that it is about getting the buildings built as quickly as possible and start making money. I agree it is a poor way of thinking but it is the way it is. Just so you know, I work in single family development and it is the same there as well. If you want a very sound built home that has character and quality construction I suggest buying a home from the 1950s or 1960s, because you will not find that in today’s development market. As for the amenities and staff here, In my opinion they are some of the best. I use the gym daily and also use the club room for shooting pool with my friends a lot. I haven’t gotten to use the pool yet as I moved in when it wasn’t open, but from looking at it and hearing from other residents it is awesome just like everything else. I can relate to the other reviews about the sudden change in the use of the courtyard. I have a dog myself and it is was very convenient to come home on lunch and let my dog out there real quick instead of having to go to the dog park. Even though I didn’t like the choice either I understand that I am renting and policies can change just like in my every day job. I have been taking my dog to the dog park since the change and he really enjoys it. Not to mention I get exercise and he does too. All in all I think this is a great place to live. It is your standard apartment community but with better amenities and a good staff. I plan on staying here until I get relocated for work, which happens about every two years. I would recommend Yards at NoDa and suggest checking it out!
