I just got my stuff and I am pissed. They dented my brand new washer and dryer badly. Most of my boxes look as if they packed the heaviest ones on top of small boxes. Each step along the way they tried to charge more and more money. They wouldn’t even bring in my furniture and set it back up unless I paid more, which I was not willing to do. I will add more once I get to open my boxes and see what other damage is done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

ONE STAR IS NOT LOW ENOUGH!
Stay away from this company. They lost our stuff (or stole our stuff in my opinion), broke numerous items, and worst of all are some of the rudest people you will ever do business with.
They lost parts or broke parts to all three of our beds rendering all of them basically useless until I replaced the parts out of my own pocket. I find it extremely odd that only two items we shipped were in their original boxes (a Keurig coffee maker, and a Jack Lalane juicer) were somehow lost during the move. Everything else that was in your standard brown Home Depot box made it’s way here. Although most of those boxes weren’t square anymore. At least half of them were crushed and left in a pile in my house, a good number of them upside down and on their side.
They broke an entertainment stand, a book shelf, a desk, a queen size bed frame, and numerous other small items and stated that legally it wasn’t their problem because of the material they were made of absolves them of any responsibility. My wife’s desk is solid wood and was passed on to her from her deceased mother but apparently a desk made 60 years ago is made of modern cheap building materials. Yes, my book shelf is from Ikea but that does not make it being broken any more useful to me. I paid to have numerous furniture items shipped that ended up being useless to me and either donated if possible of just plain thrown away.
When the movers picked up our stuff, at the end of the day I pointed out a small pile of things that hadn’t been packed in the truck yet. I was told that I had three options. First was to have them packed in the truck as is cause they were done for the day, basically trying my luck at whether or not they would survive the trip. My second choice was to put them in my personal truck that I was driving across country. And last, my favorite, throw them away and be done with the problem.
The delivery truck driver held our things hostage the morning he arrived. I was at work at my new job and my wife was at home with our toddler and pregnant with our second child. The driver insisted that my wife get her and my toddler dressed and come pick him up so he could «scout» the roads at eight in the morning. We were told that if we did not comply he would leave with our stuff causing more delays in delivery and more money out of our pocket. Needless to say we complied to get our stuff. Once the delivery was complete the company assured my wife that all of the items were inventoried and accounted for. So many people in and out of our house with boxes and furniture it was impossible for her to track everything with a two year old by her side. So you guessed it, everything was NOT delivered and she was lied to. She unknowingly signed the delivery form stating that everything was delivered based on the work of the movers.
When I expressed to the company all of the issues that we had they bumped up the settlement offer from $ 150 to a whopping $ 250. Our coffee maker alone was $ 150. Insulting to say the least. Believe me, when they are trying to get your business they are the nicest and most responsive people in the world but once you pay your money it’s impossible to get an answer to an email or phone call. The only reason that there was any contact by the owner, who is a jerk and a half, is because of my Unilocal review. He apologized up and down and told me his sob story and asked me to change my review.
My advice, do more homework on moving companies that I did. But, whatever you do stay away from these people.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY***. The loading and pick up was great and the pricing was right in the middle. The truck showed up on time and the staff loading was great.
On the transoportation and delivery side it was a nightmare. The driver opened the truck and our belongings were strewn throughout the back. He admittedly unloaded our boxed items to ‘make room’ and broke multiple items including antique china. We had three boxes missing but he tried to drop off two that were not ours saying that they moght have got ours. They did not assemble as stated in our contract and the little that was done was done incorrectly and had to be redone. The driver said he wasn’t responsible for the load and to do a calim.
When we finally got in touch with a person she was very sympathetic and sent us what we needed to do and let us know that they sub contract out the movement and delivery. We filled out of the paperwork, sent pictures, descriptions and for the well over $ 1,000 worth of items that were broke from being removed from the boxes and the $ 1000’s that were broke by multiple handlings and mis-​handling they offered us a settlement of just over $ 100 even though they acknowledged that they have had issues with there delivery compnay in the past.
This company by far has been the worst moving company we have used. We were told that they did not contract out and that our belongings would not be cross trucked but they were. A great sales pitch but a horrible follow through.

This company adeptly handled a very last minute move for me. I was stressed, part of my stuff was to go to storage and the other to my new apt. They got there on time, ready to go, and got the job done in a few hours! I was so relieved. The manager was nice and helpful. I got a great deal, and I called around a lot! I am happy with their service and price!!! I may be spoiled now. If I have to move again, I will for sure call them again. They made it so easy!!!
