I was looking to replace my windows and had heard a lot about this company specially Adi. He came over with samples and went through everything I needed to know about Ply gem windows. All I can say is that his patience, professional manner and pricing is unbeatable.

I’ve used Frontline before and they do not disappoint. Everything happened when and how they said it would. The salesperson was on time, knowledgeable, and nice without being pushy. The guy who came to measure was on time, quick, and efficient. I received a call when the Windows came in, exactly as I was told I would, made the appointment for the installation and the installers were great, friendly, timely, and thorough. I will definitely do business with them again and I highly recommend them!

Wow! What a positive and easy experience it was in getting a number of our windows replaced by Frontline Windows. They are definitely at the «Front of the Line» when it comes to amazing service. Beginning with Adi who was the sales rep, all the way down to the installation of my new windows. Adi was very knowledgable and explained the different options we had in choosing which windows would be best for us. Along with explaining the process of getting my new widows installed etc. He was very down to earth and made this process easy. I love love love my new windows. I am so thankful that I used Frontline and had Adi as my sales rep for this purchase! Hence the 5 Stars! :)

We are thoroughly pleased and impressed with our experience with Frontline Windows. We just had all of our windows and our sliding glass patio doors replaced by Frontline Windows on Saturday, 11÷7÷15. When they told us that they would be able to replace all of the windows and the sliding door in one day we were skeptical but they did a fantastic job and they did complete the whole job in one day! The finished result is beautiful, energy efficient and does a great job of shutting out those outside noises like barking dogs, planes, cars and motorcycles. The crew who came to do the installation was top notch. They were very respectful and careful with our house but still very thorough and complete in their work. We want to give a special shout out of appreciation to Ron in the Chatsworth showroom who very informatively and patiently walked me and my husband through all the features of the doors and windows in the showroom. His knowledge and guidance were pivotal in helping us place our order. We are truly very pleased with our experience with this company and we love our new windows and slider!

My contractor sent me to Frontline to buy windows for my whole house remodel. They were professional, courteous, priced fairly, and everything went smoothly without any issues at all.

This is an updated review. Since my last review several employees and the owner reached out to me to address my concerns. The owner was apologetic and offered several possible solutions to rectify my concerns. I really appreciate a company that can apology for mistakes and offer customer friendly resolutions.
In this day an age I find that many comapanies are less interested in customer service and more interested in sales. I have to say that Frontline proved to me with their recent contacts that they do in fact care about their customers and that they not only admit to their mistakes but follow through on how to resolve the issues. Thank you Frontline.

So I just moved from my parents house into a brand new condo and I felt my mother (who is still living in the house I grew up in) deserved a house makeover. I was working on a budget and a friend of mine suggested that the first thing I should do is replace the old school windows!
So I listened to her advise and decided to call a few places on Unilocal.I am beyond happy I picked Frontline Windows for various reasons, The first one is that they have consistently been available to discuss any questions or concerns I’ve had. From the first time I called right through the end they gave me great customer service! You would be surprised how many businesses just DONT PICK UP THE PHONE. On to my 2^nd reason, Yoni (which is the owner) was so patient and professional.
He told me his honest opinion on what is needed and how I can save my money.
It’s so hard to find good honest company’s with fair prices and amazing customer service!
The installers were so nice and did a clean job.
Bottom line at the end of the day I am beyond impressed by the job and how it really changed the look of my mom’s house. the new windows brought more light, the house looks newer and fresher if that makes sense… And with the energy saving windows I’ll be saving my mom money on her power bill!
I’m going to use them again to replace my office windows soon. Hope this was helpful.

We had gotten window quotes for years and thought we could never afford to replace our windows. I saw their ad and decided to see what if? Richard came to our home and gave us a quote and we were blown away at how affordable it was for the windows. We were even able to afford the patio slider. We even got our windows with triple pane. We are very happy with our windows. We don’t hear any outside traffic noise, or even the wind at night. Very happy with them and their service.

We were looking for a company that can provide me the best Professional Workmanship, information and quality of windows for a while now.
Front Line Window was the first to be called, I was ready to sign because the price sounded right and installation time. I really liked the sale person that came in, but my husband wanted to get more estimates.
We called 2 more local companies. What a waste of time!!! We spent about 1 – 2 hours on ea estimates. Both came higher. Then they started to negotiate with me when I pull out Front Line Windows quote.
I felt uncomfortable to do the work with those guys and my husband was also frustrated with one of them.
Make a long story short, we called Front Line Windows back and within less than 2 weeks we had a new windows. Work on our house took one day and it was fast, clean and a wow experience.
My wife already recommend them to her brother for a sliding door, he’s work was done couple days ago. He is also very impressed with them. Thanks guys!!!

We recently had new french doors and noise reduction windows put into our home. The process was very smooth and efficient. The sales process, service dept. and installation process all went very smoothly and karen did a good job expediting the entire job. We are very happy with our new windows and sliding glass doors. From start to finish we had a positive experience. Starting with making an appt for Richard to come to our home where he helped us pick out the right windows and doors, showing different samples and being very patient with us as we made our decisions. They had a great promotion being advertised, which he honored and worked with us to get what we wanted within our budget. Richard was a great salesman, knowledgable, friendly, and easy to work with. The guys who came to our house to measure the windows were on time and super quick. Then the guys who came to install the windows did an impressive job! The windows and doors fit perfectly, no issues with fit or sliding. They cleaned up everything and were very efficient.
Overall, I would recommend this company.

We had frontline windows replace 6 windows for us in a small rental property we own. The workmen showed up on time and were very responsible, cleaning up everything inside the apartments and 98% of the debris outside the apartments when they were done. The office was responsive and easy to work with regarding the billing. There was a minuscule defect in one of the screens that was installed, but they installers were aware of it and it was replaced in a few weeks without a fuss. I will call frontline again when I need replacement windows

They recently email me. Here is the comment they posted with my notes in brackets.
«Hello Scott.
I appreciate your feedback and just wanted to clarify a few thing:
My employee did a mistake pricing the entry door for you, and basically price it as a single door VS double. (I had my specs and notes that the sales rep had. So a price of 1 door is $ 1800?)
When I called you that day my intention was to share with you the mistake that happened, and to see if you will be willing to add some money, so the company will not lose. I took in mind that if you will not agree to add I will keep it at the same price. (He never budge on price. How can he say he kept it at $ 1800?He never did!)
I guess that I did a mistake not telling you that up front, but then you said that you want to pay the balance three months after that we will complete the job. (Wrong, keep 10% of the balance and pay it 3 months, $ 2600×10% = $ 260.00)
I told you that we don’t do business that way, and that was the end of our conversation. I’m not aware of any company that will do a job and will wait three months to get paid really. From now on if I will have any situation like this i will just swallow the lost, that my lesson!
As you probably know now days more and more people are checking the rating with Unilocal and I’m working on improving our score especially since we do very good work and we do have very good service, but I guess we all doing mistake and the most important thing is to learn from our experience and improve for the further.
I wanted to see if you will consider removing your review, and I wanted to see if there is a why that I can compensate you for the aggravation. (You can ccompensate by writing me check for the difference original price you quoted me and Lowes, $ 500. Then I will give you a 3 stars and post a follow up how you honor the price.)

I received multiple quotes for this project and I have to say Richard gave the best demonstration by far, Karen was very friendly as the first and last person I spoke to, and Jorge and his team did an outstanding installation job. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Richard from Frontline made my experience buying windows easy and painless. The install crew was professional and the quality of work was great. I would highly recommend Frontline for your window needs.

I decided on Simonton windows, I looked around for Los Angeles area for an Authorized Distributor of Simonton windows. I found four companies and looked up in Unilocal for third party verification of the companies service. Most venders had decent ratings. I called all four companies and decided to use Frontline Windows and More because 1– they were the most responsive, 2– they had given me a good price and 3– the sales rep took time to take get details to ensure the windows are made correctly. After the windows were installed two windows had issues. Simonton’s windows when the casement are less than 12 inches only open up 45 degrees. I called Yoni and he talked to Simonton and they basically took care of this issues. I am happy and recommend them to anyone.

My hubby and I have needed new Energy Efficant Windows in our home. We did a ton of searching and getting diff price quotes ect. When we came across this company! We made an app and the sales rep came that same day. He was Very professional, Honest, knowledgable, and only tried to sell us what we NEEDED! We then sched the install date.2 weeks later 3 nice men came and went waaaay above and beyond! They were very fast, and very clean. Making sure everything was covered and cleaning every window and the seals! Needless to say we are so so happy and VERY impressed! Thank You! Thank YOu!!! We will use you again and recomend you to all our friends and FAM!

I got their flyer in the mail. I called. Spoke to woman, made appointment for the next day, 30 min window. As i expected (since I always expect BAD service and incompetence, and IF I get good or better service, I swoon and am LAVISH in my praise) — they didn’t show up.
About two hours after their show up window passed, woman calls and said there was «A LOT OF TRAFFIC.»
I assume in 2012 that the driver lacks a cell phone, or a ham radio to call HQ and say «hey, bad traffic, call him to say I’ll be later than expected.»
But – no.
They blew it.
Didn’t come on time. She asked about setting up a time for a future date. What – he’s STILL far away, 2 hours late???
The company cannot keep an appointment made the day before during business hours.
YOU can hire them. But go to Home Depot and price windows YOURSELF, and have some contractors come visit you before you call these people.
BAD FIRST IMPRESSION – THEY DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP ON THE DAY SCHEDULED!!!

Mom and pops??? straight-​forward??? everyone else is sleaze… extremely funny stuff. I got a bid from them and after I did my «homework» I decided to go else where. Don’t be fooled by this review… seems like they wrote it them selves, if you ask me. Their selections are not that great… most of which I was told it would take 6 – 8 weeks to receive and install. What I really wanted was Anlin and they didn’t have it. I ended up going to their competitor Progressive as well as American Vision Windows… out of all the bid i received, American Vision was the one i went with. I ended up paying a little more but it was worth the peace of mind that I would be taken care of if anything happened… not so the promise with the other companies i tried.

We spent six months getting estimate after estimate for replacement windows. Most of these estimators were as sleazy as a used car salesman. We finally found this little shop that answered all our questions in a straight-​forward, patient manner. We ignored their «specials» and various discounts and got right to the chase: will you beat our best bid? They did and we ended up with gorgeous Milgard windows and a four panel slider. So nice. The best part though was their installers. Four guys came out and did the job in one day in a very professional manner. The fit and finish are perfect as was their cleanup. It is obvious that this is a shop that wants to grow their business by giving first rate service.
So do your homework, know what you want, get some bids and then give these guys a call.
