Next Level Motoring

I was a tad concern ordering from NL due to some not-​so positive reviews here on Unilocal,but willing to chance it due to awesome pricing and was able to connect with a live sales rep via phone call in minutes. Once confidence level was up on NL, I went ahead and placed an order on a set of wheels. Items arrived next day (I’m in socal), well packaged and no issues. Everything checks out after unboxing. Would not hesistate to order again from NL Motoring.

I guess different people have different experiences, but for me it was a great no hassle, wait time was unexpectedly short. Placed my order monday, got it Wednesday. Surprised me much when i came home and my XXRs were sitting there! So no complaints here! Wheels were super cheap and got the color and specs i wanted! So i have npthing else to say but keep it up

Purchased a set of XXR 527 18×8.75. I was helped by an online rep by the name of James I believe. He helped me select the correct size hub adapters and lug nuts for the install kit that I needed. He also fixed a problem with one of the codes for the discount on the wheels. I opted to pickup the wheels myself, and upon my arrival, my order had been ready to go. Quick and simple process, and they have good prices on the wheels they sell!

I would definitely would give them a ZERO Stars!
First I ordered a XXR 527 18×8.75 Matte bronze. These guys shipped the a Glow Bronze. I never knew they were glow until recently that I got in an accident and I ordered from my same history, the same wheels i ordered before… but this time only 1 wheel of XXR 527 18×8.75 (same as before Matte bronze) — Me thinking I was going to get the same item. But nope. This time I received an actual Matte Bronze, which made my wheels look completely different … due to the fact that they made the mistake.
So I call them, I talk to one of the reps — He says to buy a new wheel (Glow) and to return the other one. I ask will i get a full refund, he says absolutely. I was happy with the service.
So I bought the new wheel (Glow) to match the other 3 wheels I had from my first order.
and When I do the return, I never received a form to return the item… So I request the return form again, and this same Rep tells me that had already sent it to me and basically I had 2 days to ship the item back or i would not get a refund… They didnt even issue me a label when it was their mistake. so now i am stuck with a damn matte bronze wheel that is good for nothing!
Good way to scam people!

Never!!! Ordering anything from Next level motoring again. I placed a Order for two xxr521 and it’s been over a month and haven’t received them. They keep saying there shipment is coming in, but they have no clue when?! I wish could give them 0 stars
So after they seen my Unilocal review! Then Ryan gives me a call stating that my facts are not true which I’m. Sorry it’s been 23days and still no rims… Then without my consent he says he taking me out of line. For my order WHICH IS UNBELIEVABLE BECAUSE I CALLED THEM A WEEK PRIOR TRYING TO CANCEL MY ORDER THEY SAID THEY COULDN’T OVER THE PHONE.
Only time I received a call is when I wrote. A review. #THETRUTH

Received my XXR 521s and install kit quickly and in pristine condition. Ryan and Joe were my main contacts there. They both were super patient with me as I made my selection and actually helped me not making a big mistake with my offset. The 25 offset fit my car at a perfect flush position. I’m so glad they’re the more hands on type of folk. They saved me money and time and now my ride is spot on wheel wise. I couldn’t be more happy with Next Level Motoring. They’ve earned a loyal customer in me.

Joe at NLMotoring has little to no customer service, i ordered a set of wheels with a 25% off promo code and the code did not apply through the ordering process. I immediately emailed soon as the purchase hit my account as i saw the promo code price did not apply. I was told that they would not honor the promocode, give me a credit and if i refused the wheels on delivery that i would be charged shipping and a restocking fee. We will see about that i don’t think paypal/​cc company will agree to that.
Bottom line is stay away from this company, i learned after googling around at reviews that Joe is notorious for this. too bad.

I don’t know what’s up with these bad reviews, maybe I’m just lucky. But anyways if you want wheels and they have what you need they’re the place to go. Got some miro 111’s for a lot cheaper than other vendors. Quick shipping. Placed my order Monday night and received the package that Saturday. Also, customer service was great. Called a couple times and was always answered by a helpful person on the other end! Thanks!

Would not show you a wheel before you buy it.
I placed an order an drove to pick up the wheels. When I arrived I asked to see the same wheel in a gold finish. Was told in order for them to show me the wheel I had to return the wheels I bought and get charged a 15% restocking fee, even though I had not even picked them up yet. Basically a take it or leave it shop.
Long story short ended up getting charged 45 dollars for a restock fee and no wheels.
What a bunch crooks

Joe at NLMotoring has been extremely helpful throughout my entire ordering process. I was hesitant to order on line from a company that none of my friends had used yet, but their pricing on a hard to source set of wheels just could not be beat! After a prompt response from Joe I placed my back-​order. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t wait til the finish I wanted came in stock because my project had been on hold for too long. I contacted Joe again, and he agreed to substitute my order for a different finish at the same price. I am really happy with the level of service, timely responses, and prices on their site. I have a few more things I need, and I will certainly use Next Level Motoring again.
