I actually received a biometrics notice for naturalization when I was out of the country. I arrived at the office a week after my appointment to see if they will do a walk in. The security guard told me that they will only accept if my appointment was not past due. However I told him that I was out of country and had proof of that to show so he let me in.
When I entered the the Biometrics office and explained my situation, the person was very nice and offered me the form to fill in. I did my walk in on Monday morning at 11 am. The process took just around 15 mins. The staff is very nice and efficient. Overall wonderful and excellent service.

Our experience with this location has been an excellent one. The staff were very professional and helpful.
Walk-​ins are welcome from 6:45am to sign-​in as they close that process at 7am, when the staff starts to process your requests.
Overall, they do a thorough job to address everyone’s case /​situation. They are very patient and definitely do everything in their control to help.

Received a phone call on Tuesday that they needed an additional item for processing and told us to go back on Wednesday to submit it. I went on Wednesday to only be greeted by a rude security guard who assumed I was not a born and raised American citizen. He looks at me like I am dumb and says the office is closed today and I would have to come back in 2 days. These so-​called security guards need to be trained in common courtesy.

I’ve been here 3 times and my experience with the office was always excellent.
1. Parking — easy, convenient and free
2. Security — courteous and thorough. They also tell you what to do next.
3. Window Appointment — the officers were courteous and very approachable
4. Interview officer — very thorough but courteous.

after being denied a walk in at the Wilshire office downtown LA where my husbands appointment was on ⁷⁄₂₁ which is also my due date. I told him to try the Chatsworth office since we were in the area. i waited in the car and it took no more than 15 minutes. he told the manager i was due that day and she said yes and even congratulated him. free parking, bigger, cleaner, and more security than the downtown office.

Seriously love this place. Very clean and well kept building amd offices. The staff is very friendly, accomodating and professional. Great idea to move their San Fernando Valley offices to this new location. Ample parking to boot!

Erika, the Manager, is very helpful. She will get out of her way just to be of assistance to you. That is very surprising especially from anyone who works at USCIS. She made 2 phone calls just to helped me out and even apologized to me because I waited for few minutes! Thank you, Erika!

Very clean and efficient office. My relative’s appointment was at 3 pm, we got there at 2:35 and were done by 2:50 pm, great customer service and parking;)

This place is great. They have a friendly staff and the wait time is really short. The lines are a bit long but that’s not a problem for the staff because they are quick. I love coming here and I really love the service. The security is really tight and that’s a good. I can say one thing, what they’re doing, they’re doing it right.

Today is October 11^th. My appointment was for the 25^th but because of my work (dancer) I’m going on tour from oct 14^th till December 27^th. So I decided to go there super early. I was first and the manager saw me and asked why I was so early. I explained the whole situation, she checked all the infos to make sure that I wasn’t lying and lucky that I am she gave me an appointment for the same day. Then Anna took care of my fingerprint. Really nice staff and they were super helpful to me !

This is actually my 2^nd time to come in this branch. 1 star since the staff dont really help you especially if they are from same origin as you are. I f given a chance i would rather go downtown since people there are really helpful especially the people not from my country… staff in san fernando sucks!! they dont help their own kind. I dont know his name but this man that we encountered today hated his job so much that he doesnt even want to move out of his chair.& you can see on his face how he hated to be there working. I just hope that if you dont like your job please resign & let other people do your job & mind you that you are lucky to have a job!

Large waiting area. Fast services. Would be better if the employee would be more friendly.
