I have previously used the Savon on S. Rainbow with no problems. Then one Saturday morning after leaving my doctor’s office, I had 7 perscriptions that needed to be filled, two of which were urgently needed. As I was in severe pain and had an infection, I opted for the drive-thru. A young asian girl came to the window and I handed her the rx’s. She said they did not have some of the medications so I asked when they would get them in. She rudely said«I don’t know», and I asked her for the rx’s back. She was really rude and if I had gone to Smith’s(my regular pharmacy) while they might not have a medication, they would say«I am sorry but we are out of XYZ, but we will order it and it will be here Monday morning.» The only reason why I went to Savon was that #1, it was on my way home & #2 that with 7rx’s I would have gotten a $ 50 gift card. I was so mad that I phoned their corporate offices. After phoning them 4 times(each time I was told someone would contact me) I finally received a call from the regional rx manager. I told him the story and how I wanted to fill the 7 rx’s there. He stated he understood, and he was sure that there was something they could do. He promised to get back to me. That was the end of October, and you guessed it, he never got back to me. An absolute fail in the customer service department. Subsequently I went on to Smiths(5 stars in my opinion) and got all the medications.
