We specialize in «Inspections Done The Right Way, Not The Easy Way» and we prove this by inspecting the structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology. Some tools were even designed and fabricated for this business by the inspector who is a former engineer.



Our inspector, Frank, looks for both child safety issues, issues that can hinder the quality of life for seniors and issues that might impact those with limited mobility. As a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) trained by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), Frank adheres to their comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice, which ensures that you receive a detailed and accurate home inspection. In doing so, Frank abides to a strict Code of Ethics, which puts your interests first and protects your rights as a consumer. Additionally, he encourages you to attend your inspection so that he can describe the process, explain his findings, point out important maintenance items, and answer all of you questions.

Fees are based on the size/​area of the home and are as follows: (0 – 999)sqft is $ 260, (1000 – 1499)sqft is $ 275, (1500 – 1999)sqft is $ 290, (2000 – 2499)sqft is $ 305, (2500 – 2999)sqft is $ 320, (3000 – 3499)sqft is $ 335, (3500 – 3999)sqft is $ 350, and over 4000sqft call for quote. History

Established in 2015.

I chose to work in this industry because I felt that with a background in both construction and facilities maintenance that I would be a good fit as a home inspector. So I earned the certifications necessary to start a home inspection service, borrowed a little bit of money from some family members that believed in me and took a leap of faith into this business. To date, the business has already performed many successful home inspections for many satisfied customers through word of mouth referrals. I credit this success to my values, integrity and an ethical way of conducting business.
