4.5 actually. Great seafood. Location is odd. Whatever. Good special on Sunday for beer. No brunch but you don’t need it here all the seafood on the menu is great! Yes you get more bikers in this place and some people are a bit loud and maybe not so family friendly. So keep the kiddos home and try this place for seafood.

Favorite place to hang out! The food is phenomenal! Sarah the bartender is fantastic! I suggest trying the Kokomo tuna! Excellent every time! I bring all of my friends from home when they come to visit! I like seeing the looks on their faces when they think it’s just some dive biker bar!. I prefer a biker bar any day… Better class of people imo! 5 stars every time! Great bar, great people!

Over the years, I have driven by Red Bones countless times and just assumed that it was a biker bar and nothing more. Let me be the first to say, I was completely wrong about my assumption. The food at this bar is incredible and the service is perfect in every way. My coworker, who worked there for years, told me about how amazing the food was, but I never truly realized how good it was until I tried it. The garlic bread is out of this world and the Ribeye Sandwich was tender and packed with flavor! I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try the next time you’re in the Great Bridge area of Chesapeake.

Small bar with a lot to offer. An older crowd usually gather here… I’d say people in there 40’s. Generally has live music. The back of the bar has pool tables and an indoor smoking area(I don’t smoke but I know a lot of people like that.) Thursdays are the night to go… it gets packed but it’s 1.50 wells which is a serious win in my book. The food is also amazing. Wings, shrimp… I haven’t had anything bad honestly.

This is a small joint with a chef that takes alot of pride in the food he sends out. Awesome fish tacos, grouper and if you ever make it there you have to try the smoked fish dip… a Key West must try! Massive ever changing daily specials board. One of the best kept secrets in Great Bridge!

If you are a business road warrior FIND this place! 15 minutes from the chain restaurants I was treated by Kylie to service with space and yet she was attentive and helpful. I checked out the catch of the day and she delivered after double checking on fresh wild caught Atlantic salmon, fresh steamed broccoli and their well seasoned black beans and rice(usually don’t do black beans but happy I tried them.) Add the games both football AND baseball and live music. I actually got lost in the moment and forgot I was a road warrior. Find this place for great food and great live music. Casual attire is also a nice bonus after a long day.

The food here is really good. The service, not so much. Bartenders are decent but other wait staff are not friendly and seemed to be bothered by serving you.

Went in on Monday for their steak specials. 8 oz with Caesar/House salad and garlic potatoes for $ 10.95. Salad was good. The croutons for the Caesar weren’t that great and the side salad could’ve have been better. The big onion pieces, celery pieces, and something else I cannot remember could have been chopped up(my personal preference). The presentation of the salad was nice overall. The steak was a great cut. It was surprisingly thick. The steak was tender, not chewy at all, and had a good flavor to it. However, it could have had more flavor. Also, the side sauce provided with it(some sort of steak sauce that was mixed with something else possibly) I did no care for. I did not find it flavorful or a good match with the steak. A better side sauce could be served with it. But the steak was better off without the sauce it comes with. Additionally, the garlic potatoes is not what I was expecting. It was cubed potatoes. The potatoes were okay as the crisp made it good. It seemed bland in ways and I think mashed potatoes would have been a better match to pair with this entrée. The presentation of this course was very nice. Customer service could have been better. We sat at the bar and the bartender should smile more. She was very serious. Which is all well and fine. But it kind of made us feel nervous to ask her anything or tell her anything because she rarely asked us how we were throughout our time there, like normal bartenders and waitresses do. Above all, the crowd was nice. It’s a neat place and seem to have some good specials from what is displayed on the board. Some seemed not so reasonable. Not so bad of a place but wouldn’t be my first choice to go out.

Spicy fish wrap and Mahi ceasar wrap are amazing. Lots of options for sides, both healthy or not. Steamed broccoli came with a killer garlic butter sauce. Yum! Definitely will be coming back.

This place is a total surprise on the inside, in a great way! When the weather is at least decent it is a definite biker place around the outside patio, but I’ve always found room for my bike when I roll in. Everyone is friendly, there’s live music all the time and a closed(to allow smoking) area in back for pool and more drinks. Then you look at the menu, at least the hand-written chalk board on the wall, and realize there is some serious culinary talent in the kitchen making some pretty amazing food when you mostly would expect standard bar fare — this place is anything but standard in all the right ways. And I almost forgot to mention they have the absolute best happy hour(daily) anywhere around Great Bridge.

Service is on point! Happy hour is great until 7pm. Regular prices aren’t bad either. The sirloin steak is hit or miss on the quality but the flavor is great. The daily specials are the best! They have live music most nights except Monday. Smoking room and billiards in the back and a patio in front. They do charge for extra sauces and things.

This place is easy to over look, but you won’t regret walking in. Front of the house appeals to the dinner/lunch crowd and at night it transforms into a small music venue. Daily specials are always great. And the chef specials are to die for! Duck. Scallops. Quail! High end chef specials in a casual atmosphere. Back of the house is a smoking pool room which is always fun to have a few drinks at. Staff is always friendly. Food is always fresh. I recommend this place to anyone! Side note: biker friendly and patio seating!

What do you get when you take a neighborhood friendly dive bar, pool tables, local beer and pair it with a classically and world trained executive chef? You get the best little place in Great Neck! When you walk in, you are greeted, and people are friendly and the beer is perfectly chilled. Then you walk into the smoking area with the pool tables, and start to think«It’s a neat little dive… not much». Then, someone comes out of the back, walks to the blackboard, and starts writing the Chef’s specials. Chef’s specials, here? Yep. The Chef goes out daily to the markets to get some of the best seafood I’ve ever had, and makes daily menu items. You wouldn’t expect that in a place like this, but oh boy, what a treat. If you visit and can only go one place, go here!

I have been Here to eat a few times and hung out for some drinks. The food can be quite a pleasant surprise. The specials are varied and usually include a lot of things made from scratch not to mention hand made ice creams. The number of times I have been here the hand made pasta dishes stood out for very good reasons. That being said it’s a bar so it can get kind of hectic at times also but it really depends what time you go. I have become pretty much a regular here and the specials are always worth a try, with amazing flavors you just aren’t expecting from a location like this. If they advertised the food more, this place could have quite a following in my few outside of just the bar crowed.
