Love this place. The staff are always super friendly and the food is great. The tomato Bisque soup is on of my favs and the Penne Rosa Pasta is awesome, could often use more sauce on the pasta but still great!

Great flavor and spices. Got the peanut sauté which was delicious and had a little kick to it. Chicken, which was extra, was thrown right on top and not completely cut into individual pieces but tastes good nonetheless.

Nice clean restaurant, attentive service, reasonable prices, simple, fresh and very tasty food. Good choice for lunch or early dinner. Will certainly become regular customers.

I love Noodles and co!!! Randomly stopped at the chesterfield location while traveling through and I’m so happy we did! Was greeted with the biggest smiles and an eager staff ready to help– this location added to their established reputation of providing hot and delicious food always at a quick pace. Even got to know the staff and had a delightful conversation with general manager Cameron and another manager Kelly! Very cool experience, my party of 9 people all had the best time!

Clean establishment, but… Tried several dishes on two visits. «Thai» style soup had no coconut in the soup, wasn’t spicy and was too sweet. Mac n cheese for $ 7 should be easy to get right, but was once again bland and forgettable. Japanese noodles were umm… bland…and even the veggies had little or no flavor. Do people not have taste buds that go in here?

May 27 I got a to-go order of the Steak Stroganoff — Marinated steak, mushroom sherry cream sauce, fresh herbs, mushrooms, egg noodles and parm. I got the regular size, which is 1,170 calories. It cost between $ 7 and $ 9. My receipt does not indicate a price. I thought that’s why you get receipts. Service from Bridget was lovely. She was very cheerful. And she made sure I had napkins and utensils in my bag. And that’s what got the extra star. There were two nice-tasting pieces of steak and two nice-tasting pieces of sliced mushrooms. The rest was egg noodles and sauce. There was parm, but I sure was expecting more steak and more mushrooms. I ate those, and I was done. I didn’t even try to fix it at home. It was beyond repair. Should have gotten a darned salad. Or gone somewhere else.

Never seen a potsticker thinner then a pancake. Messed up the whole order, none of the extras were in the bag and we asked for no cilantro and it was on everything. Very disappointed

All your can say about this place is that if you are in a hurry and really hungry, noodles company is a good option. They have easy to understand menu items and the service is quick as well. All this comes at a cheap price also. The shrimp noodle bowl is my favorite. Again, do not expect too much from this place as you will not from any other chain restaurant.

I was thinking of using them as my caterer. When I asked for a quote, it took months for anyone to respond and that’s because I had reached out 2−3x after that. Then when they responded, it took them forever to give me a firm quote. And when I wanted to proceed with the service, they said that they couldn’t meet with me for another month. They didn’t seem to care about getting my business. The district manager’s name is Jeff Harp. He was not friendly or responsive. I would not do business with them if I were you.

Love noodles and co. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the one time they did mess something up the manager made it right immediately with a coupon for two free meals. That was the only hiccup. Otherwise I have to recommend the pasta fresca with parmesan and the curry with braised pork. Mmmmmm!

Stopped in for lunch with a friend. I got the pesto cavatapi which has corkscrew noodles, tomatoes, mushroom, parm, and a pesto sauce. I added the parm encrusted chicken, which was a good choice. Pasta could have had more sauce, but overall it was good. Customer service could have been better– transaction with cashier began with her staring at us until we started ordering and finished with her handing us our receipts and walking away… No smile, or thank you, or anything. Another employee said thanks and have a nice day on our way out.

Pretty good. I had never had it before so gave it a try. Wasn’t disappointed at all. Will be returning often.

I have eaten here three times and after three strikes they are out. The staff is friendly(which makes me feel bad for the bad review), the dining area is clean for what it is, but the food is just blah. I want to like it but can’t. For a menu boasting flavorful options it is rather bland in my opinion and the noodle dishes have too high of a noodle to other stuff ratio.

Stopped in for lunch right at the noon rush. They took the order quickly and I had the food in no more than 5 minutes — which I consider pretty good given the number of people at the restaurant. Had the Spicy Chicken Cesar with Tomato Basil Bisque. Great tasting lunch. The Bisque was creamy and sort of sweet. The Chicken Cesar was quite spicy but not overwhelming.

My boyfriend and I had noodles and co. for and though it is a chain restraint and is located both in various states, I had to experience it in the previous states that I have lived in… so finally decided to give it a try I was determined to eat here since I’ve been living in chesterfield for a year and have yet to come! I finally made it and I must say I was pleasantly surprised I had heard a few mixed reviews from friends of mine, but dinner was actually pretty yummy… I had the the penne rosa pasta, I did like it but I would have preferred for it to have little more sauce to it and extra goat cheese, but my boyfriend ordered the Alfredo chicken and it was quite delicious. I wish I would of had his honestly. All in all I give it a 4 star the cashier is talk a little to fast for me and came off a little rude to me, but I didn’t take it to heart I think they were close to closing time.

Thinking of this place as fast food definitely helps the rating. I had the Bangkok curry and my gf had the pad thai. Both dishes were reasonably good for fast noodles. Complaints would be that for the price there should be meat, there appears to be only one kind of noodle for their Asian dishes and although the sauces tasted good they need to slow down when they cook as the sauce isn’t cooked into the entire dish.

They have one of my favorite all time dishes, the steak stroganoff, easily in my top 5. It is consistently made nearly perfect evey time, is a good size for the money, good balance of sauce, noodles and steak and made quick. I have had other dishes like the mac and cheese(very good) but it’s always the stroganoff I go back to. Service is generally good and the space comfortable if not typical. I make sure I go here from time to time when I know I will be close by.

Hard to believe that I am giving a franchise place a 5-star review but it has more to do with mind-boggling service than the food. I took my teenage daughter there for dinner the other day. She tried to order buttered noodles but I vetoed it given that her nutritional habits are common for a 14 year old girl. «Get something with some protein» is my common requirement and it was met with her common«I don’t see anything I will like» response. Fortunately, the man behind the counter was quick on the draw with the service that made this a five star experience. He asked her if he could pick her dinner and promised to replace it with buttered noodles if she didn’t like his selection. I was quick to agree even though she was hesitant. He asked her a number of questions about likes/dislikes and allergies before ringing something into the register. She ultimately wound up with a pasta in pesto with a Parmesan chicken breast and loved it. Thanks have to go to the management as well for creating a climate where this could occur!!!

When I lived in Denver(well, the Tech Center… but within the city limits), there was a Noodles location in my apartment complex. Seriously. This was hell on my waistline. I’d pop over for a Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, the Penne Rosa or the Japanese Pan Noodles after work or on the weekend… I got into a bad habit of thinking that anytime was a good time for the little-n noodles… at the big-n Noodles. Eventually, I realized that it wasn’t far enough away to constitute any real physical activity to cancel out the calories, and I had to focus myself on being strong. Now that it’s not in my face all of the time… No, literally. I looked out my window, and there it was. Now that I am back in Missouri and rarely see a location, I do better. Though, I still enjoy their offerings, and stop by occasionally for a tasty bite. On my way home from the October Office Hours at the Shameless Grounds, I decided to get some Mac & Cheese. Since it was 8:15pm, there really wasn’t anyone there. I approached the counter, and speaking a million miles a minute, the cashier requested my order. She wasn’t rude about it, but she was certainly busting a move, verbally speaking. I felt like I was on trial sort of. I could understand if it was lunch time and there were a million hungry people waiting behind me… and I was taking my sweet time … «I’d like the … ummmmmmmmmm… ummmmmmmmmmm… Pan Noodles… but no mushrooms… and add… ummmmmmmm… how about some broccoli and extra carrots… chicken. No wait… I had that last time…» There was none of that. I ordered the Mac & Cheese straight up, and I guess saying that little was taking up way too much time, maybe? Like I said, she wasn’t rude, but I didn’t know what her rushing me was all about. I took my meal home, and enjoyed it alright. It wasn’t as good as I have had in the past… maybe the experience had colored my view from the get-go, but I think that the portions weren’t totally on par with standards. I feel pretty disgusting for saying this, but there wasn’t enough of the creamy part… there was way more loose cheese, so when mixed, it didn’t get all cheesy and melty and delicious like I’d imagined on my drive home. It wasn’t bad, but it was just okay. I’m sure I’ll go back, but it’s not like it left me craving it the next day… which happens to be today. Happy-ish Dining
