4 Stars serves the Chicagoland area, offering pre-​purchase inspections for buyers and pre-​listing inspections for sellers. Inspections follow the Ashi Standards of Practice. High quality reports are delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.

With consideration for the natural resources used during a typical home inspection, 4 Stars gives a portion of sales to environmental causes.

About me;

I’ve lived in Chicago for the past 20 years (formerly of the Southwest suburbs)

I am a graduate of the ASHI school (American Society of Home Inspectors) and have studied and worked alongside some of the best inspectors in the industry.

Prior to my career as a home inspector, I video taped court evidence. This gave me an eye for detail, that I utilize in every home inspection.

I am a graduate of Columbia College Chicago. I’ve spent many years traversing the worlds of television, video and independent film.

I am also a graduate of the Second City writing program.

Other interests include but are certainly not limited to: travel, art, film, dogs, surfing, paddle boarding, screen printing… for now (much more to learn and do!)
