Tony Jackson is a highly motivated individual accustomed to a position of leadership as a former inspections supervisor managing inspectors in the third largest public housing authority in the country.

It was as a supervisor in Chicago Housing Authority’s Inspection Department that he felt a need to assist owners confused and frustrated by the HQS Inspection process.

There was no where for owners to turn to for guidance and information regarding getting their units prepared for an inspection, and as a building owner, he was keenly aware of the time, cost and effort that is required in getting units «rent ready».

Always focused on customer service and professionalism, he strives to make the inspection process thorough, informative, and never rushed. It is this attention to detail that has served him well in this arena and allowed his clients to benefit from his experience and judgement.
