I went to Aldo to get new shoes for my graduation ceremony and the staff was very pleasant. The store was empty so I got all the attention. I had two assistants helping me and went above and beyond to find and suggest me a pair of shoes according to my taste and budget. This was the first time I went to Aldo and will definitely be returning in the future.

I am very upset with Aldo on state street. I walked into this store to buy a purse I saw online. Literally walked into the store and was not acknowledged at all. But the man that entered before me, that happened to be white, was greeted and asked if there was anything he was looking for. I try not to jump to conclusions so I began to look around the store. Still no acknowledgement. So I left the store. Please spare yourself shitty customer service and not shop here, unless of course you’re not black.
