If I could give 0 stars, that’s what this place would get because they don’t even deserve 1 star. I have been insured through their company for over a year and never had problems with their particular agency. However when I got notification to renew my policy, that all changed. I was quoted a premium for 12 months, which was $ 87.75 per month when I divided the premium by 12. My mother renewed my insurance for me while I was at work and when I got home she told me my monthly payments would be $ 99.00 per month. I called to inquire why I was going to be paying more than I should, when it was explained to me that I was going to be paying only 9 installments and get 3 months free. That still made my premium $ 200 more than what I was quoted. I called back and the girl explained that there are «finance fees» that are not included in your quoted premium that you would get information about 5 – 7 business days AFTER you agree to the initial quoted premium! This is illegal and I hope the Better Business Bureau shuts these crooks down! I immediately cancelled my policy and demanded a refund for their wrong doings. Any place is better than this one, folks! They are by far the worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with, and the actual insurance company they put me with was awful!

WORSE INSURANCE EVER!!! I’ve tried two different companies through them and both screwed me over!!! Now I’m stuck with a car that isn’t fixed, and a higher rate due to this whole ordeal !!! DON’T USE THEM!!!
