Disastrous experience. Probably out of incoming business, this shop resorted to trying to lure customers via a Groupon sale for a/​c refill services. After multiple attempts to schedule an appt, I have finally got one, but — interestingly enough — with no request on their part to have my name and/​or contact info recorded. That should have alerted me about their incompetence… In any case — proceeded to show up for my appt, just to be told that there was no mechanic available, and to come back the next day. Having tried to understand how could this be possible, I was told by the guy on premise to call Groupon and get my money back, if I didn’t like it?!?
TL;DR: stay away from this business

Do not buy the groupon. It is a rip off. You will have to pay another $ 7 after they change your oil and the total equals more than the regular special they have.

Neighborhood auto shop. Nice guys and good mechanics. Also, when my car had needed a jump they were willing to walk with me to my place and jump my car.

Honesty, kindness, and impeccably done at a fair price is why you visit any business. These guys have that in spades.

These guys are amazing. I had a slow leak due to a nail in my tire. I called and they said come on over. I was in and out in 5 minutes. No hard upsell, all business, and with a smile. Very reasonable oil changes too. Auto Haus rocks! Thank you!
Update: I have been here 3 times. Once again, They are fantastic. Prompt, kind and honest. Highly recommend.

Simple Amazing! I had a huge screw in my tire and couldn’t take off work. I called the next morning to ask if he would stay open until I could get my car there after work. Owner said, «No Problem!». When I got there he fixed my Flat Tire for Free!!! Couldn’t be happier!

I came in at 5 o’clock on Wednesday and they took my car right away, I was out in under 30 minutes at a price lower than I found any other place! I highly recommend!

These guys are amazing! Completely honest and kind. I accidentally dropped my earring in the craziest place under the seat and they had to completely remove my seat out to reach it. Unbelievable! I told them I would pay for my their time and the owner told me «there are more important things than money». Such nice guys. Take your business here!

I stopped by Auto Haus’s shop yesterday to get my brakes done and they were quick and honest about the repairs. Also, the guys were really nice. The prices were right too. I will definitely be back!

Wonderfully honest, friendly and clean shop run by guys from the neighborhood. Any service I’ve ever had done here my vehicle was returned the very same day without any surprise charges or list of recommend repairs. I personally will not take my vehicle anywhere else for service.

Belmont auto enterprises and auto haus in lincoln, i believe, are under the same management… I walked into belmont auto enterprises 6 months ago and Nick was the first person who helped me out when i had to have my car brakes changed… Amazing dude… He gave me excellent and affordable options on how i can take care of my car…
He gives you free recommendations and explains the reasons behind the need for specific auto services… Believe me… I was skeptical at first coz i have been constantly cheated on car repairs in the past… But then nick took the time to test drive my car with me… He gives you free advice and free services to…
Then i came back to have my tires changed… And since i drive a G37 convertible rear wheel drive… He recommended tires that he thinks would work in the winter and save money from constantly changing and storing tires through out the year… Im yet to test it this winter though… So wish me luck… He also threw in a free oil change… And when my tire pressure light was on… He patched the hole for free… I never had a car dealer do that… Ever… Now im kinda worried what to do when He is not around when i need car repairs…
One more thing… He has amazing staff… When i was stuck at work and cant pick my car up on time… I had my bro in law pick it up… They waited even though it was after closing…
Over all… Good people ties with good business… So feel free to come in and feel at ease that your car is in safe hands…

Nick is great! I came in just for an oil change and he had his mechanic check everything else for no extra charge. They were done quickly and they were incredibly nice too. Thanks so much for the oil change :) I will definitely be back here again!

I stopped in to get my AC recharged and with no appointment, they were able to accommodate. They are great! Quick and friendly and they really care about the work they are doing. No complaints.

I can’t state enough how great Nick was to me at Auto Haus. I needed some extended warranty repairs done so brought my Acura to Auto Haus. Unfortunately, the warranty company ended up requiring me to bring it to the dealership, but Nick examined my car anyways and told me exactly what I should inform the dealership to get repaired, just out of kindness (which in turn builds great business relationships). After the repairs, he even told me to bring my car back so that he could examine their work and make sure I didn’t get cheated. It turns out that the dealership didn’t do as good of a job as they should have, and he pointed out to me exactly what they did wrong and explained why! I have never come across an auto shop that put so much into keeping the customer happy, even when they weren’t paying customers! Nick was honest, fair and super polite. He even told me, «having your car repaired right and making sure its safe to drive is the most important thing». He’s all about keeping the customer happy by being honest and explaining his recommendations. I would highly recommend Auto Haus to all my friends and Nick has a new loyal customer here!

I am so happy to find Auto Haus. Both Rusty and Ricky are the greatest mechanics with big hearts. I brought my little Honda Civic into the shop because of the reviews from the other Unilocalers. I definitely can say enough Rusty and Ricky. My car had some squeezing going on and just needed a trusted look under the hood. I also got a couple of new tires too. I stayed at the shop and talked to both Ricky and Rusty. They are funny guys that work well with each other. I will let you all know about Belmont Auto Enterprise on their Unilocal area too. Both places do the work quickly. I enjoyed Haus because Ricky is awesome at his job. I didn’t get to talk to Rusty as much, but he is a wonderful mechanic too. They are both hardworking men that you can trust. I will alway be thankful to both of them for introducing me to Belmont Auto Enterprise too. :) thanks a Guys for everything.

Honest price + quality work = Better place to fix your car. They were very accommodating. Within 15 minutes of arriving without an appointment, my ’04 Civic was in the air being looked at, and the part was located. Great price, honest service, and efficient operation!

These are the same guys behind Belmont Auto, and the only people I would go to in the city. They’re straightforward, thorough, and thoughtful. They take a lot of effort to make sure you really understand what needs to be done, what you’re paying for, and what may need to be looked at in the future. They always remember me and my boyfriend and the quirks of our car — a totally above and beyond level of effort. You can get your car looked at anywhere else before getting work done, and you’ll always find their diagnosis was accurate, their price is fair, and their customer service and great attitude can’t be beat. I’ve been to several other places before in the city that have perfectly fine work but impersonal service and higher prices, so why would I ever go anywhere else?
