Pam’s massages are amazing — Coming from someone who has tried everything to relieve lower back pain including medicines, steriods and epidural shots — Nothing works as well as a deep tissue and ionic cleanse treatment. I highly recommend these services, well worth the money — There is no price you can put on having a healthy back and Pam helps keep mine that way!

I just found this spa in North Center/​Lincoln Square that is very cool. It looks a little weird from the outside — I guess it is a landmark building that can’t be changed. Inside it is very cool — looks like a zen, beach hut.
I have been getting massage and Detox Footbath treatments for the past couple of weeks. I feel great. I would recommend this to anyone.
